A well-maintained, old-school venue. The wait staff was excellent and attentive to our every need. The food was incredible, with balanced flavors and excellent quality ingredients. I highly recommend going there; we'll definitely be back. Kudos to the kitchen, especially.

The tagliatelle with nettles are exceptional. The friggione is excellent.

A charming osteria, housed in a former fishmonger's shop. Traditional Emilian menu without frills. Personally, I prefer less quantity (huge portions) and more quality.

A delicious rustic osteria in Medicina, serving simple yet surprising dishes. We tried the green tagliatelle, filled with excellent meat ragu; the friggione with empty tigelle (a type of flatbread), which was very filling and even doubled; and the fried crescentina with savory mascarpone, onion, and meatballs, which was very tasty. And finally, although some of the desserts seemed overpriced, we tried the zabaglione, which we shared between two people, and it was delicious.

I'm still saying it, sitting at the table: the best tagliatelle with ragù in the world (because if they're the best in Bologna, they're the best in Italy, therefore in Europe, therefore in the world). I'm still drooling... There's nothing more to say.
