Volevamo provare questo ristorante e abbiamo fatto bene ! Ci siamo lasciate consigliare visto che volevamo provare un po di tutto e così è stato, tutto squisito,dalle verdure ai panzerotti,formaggi e fritti. Ottimo vino rosso della casa. Cordialità e soprattutto, siamo riuscite a mangiare con calma senza che qualcuno venisse a togliere i piatti sotto al naso prima che avessimo finito. Grazie. Torneremo sicuramente.

It was an unforgettable experience!!!! I returned to Puglia with all my shoes!!! Closing the evening with pizzica and fourth coffee is priceless....

Buona cena, le pietanze sanno molto di Puglia, il personale è cordiale e cortese, l'ambiente in cui abbiamo cenato era poco accogliente e molto rumoroso, tuttavia una buona esperienza che ripeterò sicuramente.

It's a shame to only have 5 stars available because it deserves at least 10. Dinner for a couple. Nice and welcoming place. Professional and friendly staff. He gave us information on the dishes we were served. All sublime I dare say! a real sensorial experience! We chose the fixed menu of the day for a tasting that would literally make us travel the length and breadth of Puglia. Accompanied by a good Fiano with an off-menu pasta dish with turnip top pesto, prawns and stracciatella. More than an Embassy it is a place of perdition! We will definitely return because Ambasciata di Puglia with its staff made us spend a wonderful evening... for us and for the palate. From tonight half my heart is Apulian. I didn't take photos because you just have to come!

Everything is good and characteristic, Orecchiette with sausage, cardoncelli and smoked ricotta are stratospheric... to be put permanently on the menu!

I can't say anything but positive things about this place! Excellent typical food, not to mention the friendly hospitality of the staff, especially the owner. Super equipped even for those who need to travel to the place with newborns. We will definitely be back
