The setting is truly charming, and the food, if possible, even more so. We ordered the salami from their farm, and it was the tastiest and softest we've ever tasted. The lasagna was superb, and the tagliatelle with ragù was also delicious. The service was wonderful; everyone was very kind, especially Mrs. Mariella, who even gave us the piadina we'd left behind to take home. If I ever return to this area, I'll definitely be returning.

A magical location, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The space is spacious yet divided into several rooms of varying sizes, making it intimate and pleasant. The service is attentive and always present. Courtesy and professionalism are the hallmarks. The menu is varied enough to offer typical dishes that will please everyone. I dined here over the June 2nd long weekend with a group of friends. The restaurant is located in a historic building in the heart of Sant'Arcangelo, with themed rooms inspired by the history of the area. The menu features mainly traditional Romagna dishes. A wonderful experience. I won't describe the dishes because you have to taste them to understand what it means to eat at Sangiovesa. I want to return to try other delicacies. The place is charming, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, congratulations to everyone.

Sangiovesa deserves 5 stars, but I gave it 4 because of the high prices, even though the food is delicious, and because there's little consideration for non-meat eaters. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, arranged across several rooms and levels, with beautiful antique paintings. The staff is attentive and attentive to guests' needs, offering thoughtful recommendations. The wine list is refined, extensive, and excellent. Definitely worth a try, accompanied by other foodies.

Good quality food, very particular location, many rooms furnished with style, very kind staff, wines from their estate, not particularly valuable, but good on the palate: I cannot express the quality/price ratio because they gave us a total amount without the details; I never like this because I have no real perception; overall it was a good experience.

09/06/2026: If I could give it ten stars, I would! Starting with the breathtaking location, which, despite being on a busy road, feels like a slice of paradise. We couldn't resist dining in the garden, as it created a bucolic atmosphere. However, even the interior of the restaurant is elegant in its simplicity, intimate, and classy. As for the food, I can honestly say I'll never forget it: everything is high-quality, with attention to detail, from the use of simple ingredients to the finest raw materials. Just thinking about it is a delight! The staff was impeccable, always present but not intrusive, super helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. Absolutely adequate value for money. The restaurant is quite out of the way from my area, but I'll make sure to return whenever I can!
02/06/2026: We were 13 at the Bacco kiosk for dinner last night. The location was beautiful. We had a five-star meal. The risotto, which wasn't on the menu, was delicious, as were the other à la carte first courses. All the second courses were excellent, with the meat being top-notch in terms of flavor and tenderness. Our only complaint was a cat that was wandering around under our table and leaning on our chair to ask for food. We made a complaint to the waiter (who was also very good, attentive to all the diners and available for any need). I'm giving the service four stars only because of the cat; otherwise, it would be five stars. The price was fair for what we ate. Definitely recommended.
