Tracina In Cesenatico

A wonderful little place in Cesenatico, where you can enjoy excellent dishes with quality products. Start with the raw meats (but not only), the cappuccino (I'm not saying anything you have to try it) as an appetizer is a pleasure for the palate. The first ones are really good, I don't know what to recommend, because they are all divine. For advice, listen to the guys who will put you on the right choice... Let's get to dessert....there are no words🥰

Excellent restaurant along the Cesenatico canal, small but welcoming. The owner was very courteous in his service, he explained the menu to us, advised us to order the first course as the last course (so as not to fill us up too much during dinner) and made us prepare half portions so we could try more dishes. As appetizers we tried: razor clams with a light baked breadcrumbs, not very tasty but good; the cuttlefish and Bernese cappuccino with cuttlefish ink, a nice and delicious idea... we were about to order another one!!! As a second course we shared the tuna belly with pumpkin cream and black cabbage, which melted in the mouth. To finish, the paccheri with chopped mussels, very good. To conclude we tasted the chocolate sphere filled with exotic fruit mousse and mango heart and the pain au chocolat with eggnog cream (they brought us the saucepan directly!!), both exquisite. They also offered us a slice of panettone which we obviously covered with the leftover cream, thank you!

All coordinated by the owner, Cristian, who knows how to make the customer feel at ease in every way. Simple dishes intertwine with the most refined ones with delicate and brilliant flavours. All enriched by a refined wine choice. A real safety for those who love refined cuisine.

Tracina, un nome una garanzia. Io sono siciliano e quindi sono abituato ad un pesce di qualità molto alta fatto come si deve e devo dire che in questo ristorante non ho per nulla rimpianto quelli siciliani. Locale di classe, camerieri di un altro livello e proprietario che si è dimostrato un vero signore dall’inizio quando di ha accolti fino alla fine. Abbiamo festeggiato la specializzazione di un mio carissimo amico ed abbiamo mangiato divinamente dalla prima portata fino all’ultima. Appena ritorno in Romagna non vedo l’ora di poter passare lì da tracina!
