Excellent place for celiacs.
Well organized, good sandwiches, although one of the gluten-free ones was really under-seasoned. The others didn't complain, so I hope it's an exception and not the rule: gluten-free always costs more, unfortunately, but at least the sandwiches are well-seasoned.
Worth trying again, maybe giving it a fifth star 😉

Discovered by chance, the sandwich with raw ham, caramelized onion, and honey was excellent. It was difficult to choose from the many delicacies on the menu (but I'll definitely be back to try more). Last but not least, the owner's kindness. And the quaint and beautiful location.

I was passing by and since it was a nice day, I stopped for a sandwich and a beer to go. You can order any kind of sandwich on gluten-free bread, and you can also choose from gluten-free beer.
The sandwiches are truly excellent, and there's a wide selection on the menu.

Delicious, local food in the heart of Ferrara.

The schiacciate were excellent, and the chicken popcorn was very tasty!
The service was quick, and the guy at the counter was very kind and helpful.

A fantastic find in the historic center of Ferrara.
The schiacciata is soft and crunchy, and there are tons of options.
You can also build your own if you don't find something you like.
The beer is excellent; we had a delicious amber IPA.
The service was very quick, and the waiter was very kind in finding us a seat near the counter.

Excellent food! I was very satisfied.
