07/12/2025: Good morning, On November 15, we called to reserve a table for 6-7 people for New Year's Eve, promising to call back in early December to confirm the exact number and pay the deposit. On December 7, the owner, Daniela, answered for the umpteenth time, telling the person on the phone that she hadn't received a call from us, all with utter rudeness, arrogance, and utter incompetence. Obviously, the calls were made because they were made in the presence of other people. I had dined at this restaurant before and was disappointed by the terrible service. I see that nothing has changed after all these years; I certainly won't try coming again.

10/11/2025: First of all, it's a great restaurant, with a better quality-price ratio than 80% of sushi restaurants. A good way to gauge whether a sushi restaurant is attentive is to see if they serve condensed milk with their steamed buns. Many restaurants don't offer condensed milk, but this one does. It would be even better if they had fried steamed buns! Fried steamed buns and condensed milk are a perfect pairing, and they're also delicious steamed.

06/12/2025: We went out for dinner and decided to try the restaurant "La Maison" in Fornovo di Taro. For my first course, I chose anolini in capon broth. They were "inedible," raw, and made with stock cubes. Snails: I've had better. Then the waiter served the wine first to the man and then to the woman. The waiter who always moved my chair when serving. Rude. I won't go back!

02/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at La Maison restaurant in Fornovo. We opted directly for first and second courses (we'll definitely return to try the classic torta fritta and cured meats). Among the first courses, the pigeon bomb was noteworthy, along with delicious pumpkin ravioli in a cream of parmesan and balsamic vinegar. A small flaw, in my opinion, was the prolonged cooking of the classic pink gnocchetti with Castelmagno and truffle, but the flavor of the dish was truly delightful. For second courses, a perfectly prepared boiled meat with an excellent mustard and four types of sauces. The baked duck with potatoes is definitely worth trying.

19/11/2025: HAVEN'T YOU OVERDID THE PRICES?!! Let me start by saying that I've been going to this pizzeria for years. The pizza is very thin and easy to digest. The pizza is good. Even though they've been running out of ingredients lately, the prices have gone up—classic pizzas are €9-10, and "gourmet" ones are €15-16. The place isn't as busy as it was in previous years... I'd ask myself a few questions if I were the manager!

24/11/2025: Fresh fish prepared with respect for the raw materials, beautiful to look at (your dishes look like paintings, always new and innovative) and delicious on the palate...you are always a guarantee! Also the meat menu and Andrea's quirky pizzas, all excellent quality, all accompanied by the friendliness and courtesy of the owners! TOP

Summer or off-season, when we're in our little house in San Mauro, we can't help but stop by Poseidon to savor the excellent seafood dishes or delicious pizzas. Your menus, which change seasonally, are always a tasty novelty! When we receive your email with new offerings, we're always tempted to hop in the car and come visit. 09/11/2025: A delightful trattoria in the center of Ferrara, where taste, flavors, and kindness blend to create a family-friendly atmosphere. Greeted by the friendly staff, we sat down, and the sight of the dishes passing by made it clear we'd chosen the right place. They immediately presented us with variations on the regular menu, which we naturally took advantage of. For our appetizer, we chose a delicious pumpkin pudding with Parmesan fondue...a true delight, the perfect combination of flavors. Since we had bad intentions, we chose two first courses that were nothing short of spectacular in flavor and preparation; instead of the "cappellaccio," they had cappelletti cacio e pepe, served inside a Parmesan basket... A generous portion, flavorful, and perfectly cooked pasta. Finally, we let the Parmesan basket melt, adding even more flavor to the pasta. A cappellaccio with smoked pancetta, toasted almonds, and a balsamic vinegar reduction... A true delight for the palate, cooked to perfection. Despite the generous portions, we were inspired by a second course (which I recommend sharing), a wonderful, gigantic "elephant ear" cutlet with potatoes (we asked for them to be baked)... Crispy breading and incredibly tender meat. To finish, we ordered a veal cheek that melted in the mouth, as an off-menu option. Five stars not only for the restaurant's high-quality cuisine but also for the kindness, attentiveness, and, unexpectedly, the complimentary liqueur at the end of the meal. A wonderful discovery.

01/12/2025: The wait was biblical: we were seated at 8:30 PM, the first course arrived at 10:45 PM, and we'd only had one appetizer. The pumpkin risotto was so sweet, too sweet to stomach. The decorations on the plates were excessive: unnecessary flowers and rosemary sprigs.

11/11/2025: The food: beef fillets overcooked and dark, chicken undercooked, greasy fries. I don't know the price. When we left the parking lot, the air outside stank, through no fault of our own.
