25/01/2026: La Forchetta is our go-to. We travel, discover, taste—and then, again, every week, we knock on their door. Because everything here has soul. We love their entire seafood menu, and we never tire of it, but the Parmesan cuisine is also top-notch.
We're writing this while they're closed for their well-deserved holidays, but the truth is, we miss them :-)
It's not just the best in Parma: it's the best in the world.
We adore them.

The antipasti was amazing with high quality ham, salami, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. I also tried the lasagna which was amazing. Can only recommend!
03/10/2025: Found by chance near the station, a very welcoming and rustic place, the owner is very very friendly, kind and helpful, the pasta is delicious, even the Bolognese cutlet, but I didn't manage to take a photo because I devoured it, it is also wheelchair accessible for those who want to taste the flavors of Bologna.
