Very good piadinas and crescioni, top-notch ingredients. I recommend the caramelized onions, which I loved. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Super friendly and helpful staff with excellent taste in music. 😂 My friend and I had fun listening to Madame's latest album with them while eating piadina.

We tried this little place during a day trip to Bologna.. piadinas for every taste! Everything was really good! We also ordered the cassoni to take home.. they were delicious! This place is for takeout or to eat in, mostly standing, as there's very little seating, but overall it's worth stopping by and enjoying their products!

08/07/2026: An interesting place from a historical and architectural perspective. Knowledgeable and very helpful guides accompany visitors through the permanent exhibition and the various other exhibits.
06/07/2026: The Galleries are a special place for me, it feels like a journey through time. Pomodoro's works are fantastic.
