La Piadina Del Passatore In Russi

A friend came to visit me in Rome, bringing some vegan piadinas from this piadina shop. Delicious and fragrant, they've kept well despite the miles.

What can I say? If there were 10 stars, I would have given them. The piadinas are super delicious. The guys are kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive to the customer. They follow up from order to delivery, even though they're very busy, especially considering they grew up in a family. Best wishes, guys. I highly recommend them. P.S. Let's face it, the piadinas in question, with sweet Montagnana prosciutto, don't have a long shelf life.
