La Ginestra In Spoleto

An excellent pizza at the right price, excellent food, impeccable service

We discovered this pizzeria by chance while wandering around on vacation (it was near a farmhouse that recommended it to us). Of all the pizzas I've ever tasted, as a pizza lover, it's definitely the best Roman one: fine, well-made, with unique flavors without being overpowering. It's a shame I don't live nearby to go there once a week.

Good pizza, too thin in my opinion, almost like a piadina.

This is definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had, anywhere. An impressive number of menu positions, attractive prices, professional and friendly service, and the greenery surrounding the restaurant make it a great place, perfect for an evening dining with friends. I'll definitely get back to La Ginestra.

The best pizza I've ever eaten, thin, toasted, delicious ingredients and special combinations in addition to the classic ones.

We've been regulars for years. Unfortunately, the last time we visited, we were disappointed with the pizza. It was smaller than usual and topped with poor-quality ingredients. Luckily, we also ordered the appetizer with the curated selection. I repeat, we've been going here for years. We'll be back, because even the best can make mistakes.
