22/03/2024: First time at this restaurant and I have to say I felt like when Christopher Columbus discovered America! Lolita and Umbro, the owners, are in charge behind the scenes of the kitchen, where all the years of experience spent in this sector are found in the dishes we ordered...Everything that comes out of the grill is art...yes yes, I wrote art, because few people know how to cook on the grill and on rare occasions I have received dishes that were not burnt! The quality of the products is high and the wide choice of products from the Umbrian territory and nearby regions make you understand how much the Sovereign's cuisine is linked to its origins... then in the dining room, there is the icing on the cake... Timoti ! a boy of only 20 years old, good looking but with a lot of professionalism that you wouldn't expect to find in a restaurant like this... but yes, because it is here that you understand how nothing is taken for granted in this restaurant! An advice? Let yourself be guided in your choices by Timoti, who will be able to advise you well, both in drinking and in eating...then stay comfortable, the show will begin shortly!!!
