Excellent food, friendly and welcoming staff. Compared to the previous management, I found the atmosphere less "peasant," but definitely more expensive!
Perhaps a bit too much for a mountain refuge.

It was a new experience, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. We organized a lunch with friends. As soon as we arrived, the manager greeted us and politely and kindly escorted us to our table. The food was delicious, the view spectacular, and the service excellent. Definitely worth repeating! I recommend it.

Friendliness and politeness were the order of the day. Patrizia was very kind. The Strangozzi were fantastic, but the rest was no less. Definitely a place to return to.

We had lunch at the San Gaspare refuge. The meal was excellent, as was the service. Honorable mention goes to the rare grilled rib eye steak and the prosciutto crudo with torta al testo! All surrounded by a wonderful landscape! A great experience, highly recommended!

A fantastic experience for Women's Day! My husband and daughter and I had lunch there, and the new management was a delightful surprise. We ate wonderfully: every course exuded the authentic flavors of Umbria. The new managers and waitresses were extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. Special praise to Massimo: watching him at work while cooking the meat was a true pleasure, a spectacle that previewed the deliciousness of the dish. A final touch of class? The owner gave each woman a yellow primrose: a truly sweet gift, unexpected and much appreciated. We'll definitely be back!

We went for lunch and had a very pleasant and positive experience. The location is unique and surrounded by greenery. The dishes were authentic, with generous and delicious appetizers, well-prepared and flavorful first courses, and the cuts of meat were incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. The professional staff were very friendly and available to answer any questions. Definitely recommended and worth returning to.

We didn't know there was new management. We had a great time... Patrizia welcomed us in the dining room, Massimo was at the stove... we tasted and ate everything at our leisure... the kitchen was excellent... everything was truly high quality 🔝. Amazing chickpeas... highly recommended and we'll definitely be back... see you soon 🤗
