So, today I had the pleasure of eating two excellent mixed platters, local cheeses and cured meats, and an excellent (2 glasses) of red wine.
They know how to explain the ingredients carefully, but above all, they're very smiling and welcoming. The owner, with whom I had the pleasure of chatting, is excellent.
Go straight to the plate, in fact, the platter is definitely worth it!

Ok at best, schiaccate bread was stale which really lets it down. Bread included with porchetta was also stale. Porchetta was ok.

A lunch to sample local products and drink a little local wine.
If you're expecting to arrive and find yourself at a gourmet restaurant, forget it!
Here, you set the table, order at the counter, and leave the table. They pamper you with food and service.

I ate a really delicious Porchetta sandwich. The meat was tasty, seasoned, juicy, and tender. The bun was top-notch too. They even warmed it up a little bit nicely. Absolutely mouthwatering! Definitely give it a try if you're passing by!

I can't comment on the service or anything else since we ordered takeout. I can say, however, that the focaccia was very good and reasonably priced considering the quality and location; it's not a place that rips off tourists. I appreciate it.

Delicious dishes. High-quality meat. The testo made with wild boar ham, herb ricotta, and fig jam: exceptional. I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

I think this is the kind of place where you get exactly what you pay for. It’s a relaxed vibe and excellent for a quick lunch stop. Doesn’t come with the faff but delivers in great produce. We had the porchetta sciacchiata to share which we shared as we only wanted to try the porchetta. It was worth the price as it was only about 8 euros for great produce and great bread. Mum had a spritz and I had a Prosecco. My Prosecco was of great quality. We only paid €20 euros. Staff were friendly. Don’t go there if you wish a fine dining experience as this is not the point of the prosciutteria as I saw some reviews mentions. It’s a quick heart stop for snacks and great bread.
