02/06/2025: 🍕 A dream pizza! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went in out of curiosity… and I came out in love (with the pizza, obviously)! 😍 Light and digestible dough, very fresh ingredients and combinations that make your mouth water just reading them on the menu. The staff? Kind and smiling, as if you were at a friend's house (but the ones who are good at cooking!). I highly recommend the "Bufalina" pizza I'll be back soon Congratulations! 👏👏👏

14/05/2025: We unfortunately did not have a good lunch experience here. The staff is very nice but food was not great. The pastas were mediocre, with the carbonara consisting of burnt bacon. It should be pancetta? The seafood salad had no green salad. Instead, the cold seafood stank. It smelled so fishy I abandoned it after just a few bites. Maybe it was what we chose to order, but not good.

28/04/2025: We went to this place without having booked, the girl at the reception immediately made herself available to seat us, very kind and helpful. We ate an appetizer with very good local cured meats and cheeses, an excellent first course and a pizza that exceeded expectations. All served with the right waiting times considering that it was a public holiday Friday and the place was full and then we also appreciated the coordination between the pizzeria and the kitchen because they brought the dishes at the same time...highly recommended...honest prices

23/05/2025: The food is still good, although I used to find it better. The portions/size of some dishes have decreased. When ordering take-out they charge you for the sauces (which used to be free). I understand if you order an exaggerated amount of sauces, but if it's a couple, charging for them seems excessive to me. It's still one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area, if not the best in Castello.

12/06/2025: I stayed one night in this structure for the realization of the path of St. Francis in the first days of June, starting from the Sanctuary of La Verna and stopping, after really hard work but at the same time happy to have lived an unforgettable experience, in this place as a second stop, reaching the perched village of Pietralunga, between Umbria and Marche. The stay, although short, was exceptional! From the warm welcome at check-in, to the check-out the following morning, everything was managed with care, attention, care, kindness, courtesy and super availability, Manuele is the perfect host: present, discreet, jovial, genuine, ready to respond to any request, a real family-like welcome. Beautiful and functional apartment, spacious and clean and above all quiet, tastefully decorated rooms (it is worth highlighting the presence of books both in the room and in the common areas 😉). A short walk takes you to the historic village, among alleys, views, shops and good places to have lunch/dinner (thanks to Manuele for the suggestion of Locanda Fiorucci, excellent dinner!!). In the morning, excellent breakfast, organized and abundant with quality products and a wide choice of fresh homemade stuff, sweet and savory (cakes, bread, fruit), served in a large room on the ground floor. 13/05/2025: Wonderful place, immersed in nature in a relaxing and clean place, The room was wonderful and the service at the top of the category. Friendliness and availability in everything. Not only will I return but I recommend it to anyone who wants a place to relax outside the chaos of the city.

07/05/2025: We went to this butchery last week and tasted the products offered by the manager. An excellent platter with quality Umbrian cured meats and cheeses and Nursia beer a great discovery! Honest prices. We also ordered some products for our friends that the manager sent to our home. The package sent on Monday arrived on Tuesday morning. It can't get better than this. If you pass through Norcia, I think the Norcineria Laudani is a must!

26/04/2025: We were looking for a butchery and they recommended this one to us. We tried a tasting with wine, everything was excellent and plentiful. The manager Emanuele, very nice, was very kind and helpful. Honest prices and very high quality. We will certainly recommend it again.

24/05/2025: Maybe I got the night wrong, but unfortunately I can't give a good review, I was assigned a seat in front of the entrance not even a meter from the door, with a constant coming and going, the table was wedged between two other tables, we sat down and we couldn't move, we booked convinced we were going to a farmhouse, we found ourselves practically in a pizzeria, I mean that from a farmhouse I expect a menu with appetizers, first courses, second courses etc. etc. no pizza and sandwiches, among other things a very annoying noise, to speak I practically had to shout. Maybe I'm getting old?? Anyway if someone has the same culinary tastes as me and is looking for a bit of tranquility I don't recommend it. The pizza. ni. I forgot about the staff, which I found young, kind and fast.

26/05/2025: Very nice place, in the village of Passignano, a stone's throw from the lakefront. We ate all the lake fish and we were very satisfied. We particularly liked the tegamaccio with capitone and eel and the bruschetta. Quick and courteous service. I recommend it.
