The quality-price ratio is very good, unfortunately we had gone to this place for the large selection of typical local dishes, seated at the table we were given a menu with 1/5 of the dishes displayed outside the restaurant, a real shame because they were all good dishes but very simple and lacking in identity.

Everything was excellent, the price was right.

I visited Trattoria dei Priori during a weekend in Norcia, and I must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences of the trip. As soon as I entered, I found a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, with that familiar atmosphere typical of true Umbrian trattorias. The staff was immediately extremely kind, always attentive and helpful without being intrusive. I tried the strangozzi with truffle and porcini mushrooms and was truly impressed: generous portions, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients. The lamb was also tender and perfectly cooked. You can tell the cuisine here follows local tradition without unnecessary frills. The homemade desserts were also excellent, especially the custard, which I loved. Another thing I appreciated was the value for money: considering the quality of the food and the quantity, the bill was absolutely fair. It's one of those places where you eat well, feel at home, and want to return. If you're passing through Norcia and want to experience authentic local cuisine, I think this trattoria is definitely worth a visit.

Family-run, somewhat rustic. The wine is so-so, but the starters are good and plentiful. The truffles are excellent, but the desserts are limited.

The TOP...The first thing is Domenico's hospitality and kindness. We ate wonderfully; the porcini risotto was amazing, the meats were delicious, and the wine was truly unique...We'll definitely return when we're in the area.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is informal and friendly, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
