Exceptional from all points of view. Ultra helpful and kind dining room staff, ready to satisfy any request. Impeccable food, from starter to dessert, never a drop in quality, truly above average. It's nice to meet restaurateurs who love their work so much that they make the experience for their customers unforgettable. A special mention to the egg, an explosion of taste and creativity. If I didn't live 400km away I would eat here every week. Don't let it escape!

Fin da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie all’accoglienza, gentilezza, professionalità della cameriera e alla magia e cura degli arredi interni ed esterni del locale. Ci hanno particolarmente colpiti i dettagli della mise en place curati nei minimi dettagli. I piatti sono stati il pezzo forte: prodotti biologici, genuini, a km 0, eccellenti e con una presentazione impeccabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremo sicuramente per una nuova esperienza.

I stayed at the B&B for some days and went to have dinner at the restaurant once (should have gone there more often, the menu is amazing). The atmosphere there is really nice, people are friendly and the food was delicious! The focus of the restaurant is goose, so I had salted and smoked goose breast and fresh pasta with goose meat sauce. Two lovely dishes! The wine (everything is a family thing here) tasted really well. My recommendation: stay at the B&B, go to the restaurant in the evening. And take some wine and olive oil with you. It‘s worth it!

23/10/2023: Dinner at Le Forchette was fabulous. The portion sizes of the meals were just right and the food delicious, fresh and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
17/10/2023: Hier stimmt einfach alles. Antipasti, Pasta und Fleisch waren Top. Besonders das Wildschwein. Nachtisch so gut, dass nur dafür noch einmal hinfahren würde. Hauswein top.

25/02/2024: di ritorno da una visita all'ospedale di Siena ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante, sia perché ci siamo trovati a Gallina nell'orario del pranzo e sia perché ci era stato suggerito da nostra nuora che era stata lì a mangiare diverse volte... Ristorante pulito e molto molto carino nell'arredamento...proprietari gentili e ben disponibili....piatti buonissimi(risotto ai funghi porcini e risotto al radicchio e noci ottimi...vino rosso della casa meraviglioso e zuppa inglese fantastica)....prezzi nella norma.... quando ci troveremo in zona, faremo di tutto per fermarsi di nuovo al 43° parallelo per pranzo... ampio parcheggio auto gratuito.
