Good, home-style food. The ribs were a little on the lean side, but overall, a good restaurant. The other portions were generous. The food arrived fairly quickly, considering the grilling takes place in real time near the restaurant. In the meantime, you can enjoy the scenery. Fair prices and excellent value.

Pol the best, best chicken ever

A very unique spot next to the fortress at Radicofani, with tasty food, excellent service and a wonderful view. Both the pici alla ragu and aglione were great, but the aglione was outstanding. The pasta had a nice balance between the tomato and garlic. We also shared the grilled chicken. It was very tender and quite flavorful with an excellent flavor from the grill. Pair your meal with a tour of the fortress. Tickets are 5 euro to park, and the tour is self-guided.

A real surprise with a breathtaking view... very good food... superb truffle ravioli... fantastic grill... everything was good and the service was very courteous and professional.

From the walls, the view stretches across the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata, and the ancient Via Francigena, in a setting of rare beauty that thrills at every turn. To make this experience even more special, we stopped at the restaurant-bar located at the foot of the fortress, from where you can enjoy a simply breathtaking panorama. The view is so spectacular that it takes your breath away and deeply moves you. We would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Carmen, Mr. Giovanni, and their son Paul for the extraordinary welcome we received. Kindness, friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality made us feel not like customers, but like long-time friends. In a world where customer service is often lost, encountering such warm, attentive, and authentic people makes the trip even more special. A simply unforgettable day. A lunch to remember and repeat in a very special place. The staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The food was delicious: a five-star ragù that tastes like home, and an amazing grilled chicken (the best I've ever eaten). Recommended.
