We stayed last night in a double room, first at the pub and then upstairs at the restaurant. The place is truly charming and takes you back in time. The staff is super helpful and friendly, but the food? Divine! We had pici, tagliata, sautéed vegetables, burgers, and desserts. Everything was delicious, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous romantic dinner. A loggia with real Roman columns, soft lighting, excellent food, excellent wine, and a view of this incredible Renaissance palace. The two brothers who own it also pleasantly and passionately told us about the history of the place. Superb. Plus, it was a Sunday evening in October, and we were the only ones there...

17/05/2026: We ended out 8 day trek in BUONCONVENTO and couldn’t not have found a better place to have a celebratory meal, it was clearly one of the best meals we had during our two weeks in Italy. The chicken liver app was out of this world as were the shrimp tempura. For our main, their pasta special was extraordinary. They paid special attention to our gluten and diary allergies. A really special evening.

Ristorante Il Borgo di Vescine

12/06/2026: Wow. Borgo Vescine was the highlight of our trip to Italy! The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room and views are BREATHTAKING, and the opportunities for exploration in and near the property are vast! We did a wine tasting, wine tour, laid by the pool, and attended the Cena in the Piazza (dinner in the square). Everything we did was so well put together! Our tour guides and wine guides were knowledgeable and all food we ate was amazing! We knew it would be beautiful here, but it far exceeded our expectations! The wine was also so great we’re having bottles delivered! Thank you for everything!
12/06/2026: We were truly captivated by Borgo Vescine. It's a wonderful place, immersed in the beauty of Tuscany, where we felt welcomed and pampered from the very first moment. Everything was simply perfect: the property, the staff, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Every experience we had here exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly special. If we had to make one wish, we would have loved to hear a little more Italian spoken around us, because we deeply love this language and the authentic Italian spirit. But this in no way diminished the magic of our stay. We recommend Borgo Vescine wholeheartedly and are certain we will return again.
