The absolute hands down perfecto panini sandwich in all of Italy! The bread was toasty crunchy on the outside, with a light & dough inside. I ordered the IL Magnifico with Tuscan pepperoni, mozzarella & Rocky salad greens making a tasty, satisfying mid-day meal. Paired with a frosty cold Birra Moretti beer. Lastly, when capped with a coffee flavored gelato from Gelatoria Dondoli — “This must be heaven!”

These sandwiches ruined all other sandwiches for us on our trip. We ordered the contadino and muratore. Both were amazing! And they are huge so you had better be hungry.

Sandwiches were very good. We paid 10 Euro for each. Only drawbacks were the limited seating and the amount of time it took to get our order. About 30 minutes when we were about 8th in the queue.

Stop for lunch at this super little place! Delicious schiacciata, nice and crispy, hot, and made with excellent ingredients. The waiters were super fast, knowledgeable, kind, and smiling! We were able to eat inside, but if you prefer, you can easily eat while strolling through the central streets of San Gimignano. The restaurant overlooks the main square.

06/12/2025: I tried the brunch and will do it again. Very good savory options, a few more vegetables wouldn't hurt, but everything was good. The desserts are very sweet for me, but I've only tried two: cynnamon rolls and tiramisu.
05/12/2025: Calm atmosphere and a nice place to relax, drink tea, and enjoy a dessert! (And more! Brunch, aperitif) The service is truly excellent, and the entire staff is super friendly. I just recommend reserving a table, especially on weekends, because you might not get a seat, haha ​​(but you don't have to wait long for a spot, either). We'll be back here more often! See you soon, and keep up the good work!

13/05/2026: Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and very affordable. It's quieter than other places in the area. This review might not help prevent it from becoming overcrowded, but hey, if it helps them attract more customers, then so be it.
