14/09/2025: We stopped to explore Pienza and had lunch here. Everything was excellent - the owner was such a warm, friendly host and was very helpful with recommendations. The food was superb! Make sure you have cash for a tip - it was so deserved and unfortunately you cannot tip when paying by card!

28/07/2025: Dopo una passeggiata ci siamo imbattuti in questo grazioso locale. Già da uno scorcio ci piaceva. Elegante e arredato con sobrietà e con arredamento d autore. Il padrone credo Gianfranco simpatico e molto sicuro del suo locale e del suo cibo Ed in infatti così è stato !! Cibo ottimo carne un burro, primi piatti eccellenti !! Piacevole pagare un prezzo un poco più alto del normale....ma almeno esci fuori contento soddisfatto e personale tralaltro super efficienti gentili e preparati Se ripasso da quelle zone...ci rivado

We greatly appreciated their kindness and patience with our children. Highly recommended, especially considering the quality/price ratio. An elegant location with a unique view. If in the area, we will definitely return.

11/09/2025: Incredible experience in this little restaurant. I recommend it 100%. You have to book for the evening. It's not possible to book for lunch. The dishes are different from what we usually see in other establishments. The owner is great and very kind. €60 for two, having really tasted everything. I will come back next time with pleasure.

16/08/2025: Everything was truly excellent! We tried both land and sea dishes, the Chianina beef ragù was amazing, not to mention the zucchini string; clams and bottarga! The red shrimp tartare with strawberries and a raspberry balsamic reduction was a real highlight: a real highlight, as the name suggests! A must-visit in Tuscany ❤️ Friendly and helpful staff, family-style cooking (compliments to the chef)!!

15/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant on August 14, 2025, with 11 people. I can say that we immediately appreciated the kindness of the owner, Maurizio, who welcomed us with warmth! But I must emphasize how delicious the express seafood cuisine was! The spaghetti with clams was superb (we're from Salerno and have high standards of comparison), the gnocchi with spectacular seafood, the octopus, the crispy fried fish, and so much more! To finish, I recommend the freshly made tiramisu—truly delicious! Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: It may be a bit of a drive to get there, but it's worth it. The place is modern and welcoming, but its highlight is the veranda, which, when the sun is burning, offers a view you won't pay for. The service, too, is the kind that puts you at ease: always a smile, kindness, and it's those little things, like the complimentary liqueur at the end, that make you understand they really care. Here they make the pizza Neapolitan style, with a delicate, juicy crust, not the thin, dry one you find elsewhere. Those who like it that way will find it here made to perfection, with Bahian stuff on top. Even the desserts are no joke. It's a sincere place, for everyone, where you can eat heartily without being flayed, and they treat you as you deserve. I liked it a lot.

25/08/2025: We came at Sunday evening without a reservation. Had to wait about 10 minutes. Ordered a pasta al cinghiale, pizza with salmon and a small salad, and a jug of red beer. The service was quick and polite, the food was really delicious. The place have some funny quotes or sentences on the walls. Really nice place, recommended.

Excelente servicio, Teenager tenía la hamburguesa que se veía y olía increíble, mi marido y yo teníamos la carne de res. Las comidas para adultos eran realmente deliciosas, hermosa carne de res cocinada a la perfección. El menú para niños era limitado pero delicioso. La elección del vino era extensa. ambiente en el jardín exterior era impresionante. Tristemente IT era nuestra última noche en esta zona, pero sin duda volveríamos cuando visite la zona la próxima vez! Gracias.

10/09/2025: We came here on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The hostess was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The two of us shared a pasta dish and a baked fish dish. Both were excellent, and the portions were more than sufficient, with one or two side dishes. The prices are very reasonable. We'll be back!

04/09/2025: Wonderful lunch. Super friendly host. Food was delicious including the off the menu meal for our four year old. We followed recommendations for wine and the white and red were both delicious. Best music playlist of anywhere we’ve been recently. Definitely coming back.

26/08/2025: A hidden gem! What can I say... Olivia Bistrot is undoubtedly the best bistro in the area! A wonderful place to spend pleasant moments at any time of day. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, and the craft drinks are truly delicious. A special mention goes to the hostess: a delightful, welcoming, and always smiling person who truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! Bye bye 😊
