We ate very well even if it was a quick lunch based on platters and croutons, everything was delicious and the staff were very welcoming, even the beer was fantastic served in a frozen mug.

I don't know how to describe it... restaurant-pub? Wine bar with a kitchen? I don't think it matters that much. Something truly remarkable here is the "cazzagnoli," a pasta shape similar to pici, but made with a completely different process that makes them firmer and more suitable for the various sauces offered. We ordered Aglio olio e briciole, Aglione (red garlic), and Cacio e pepe. This was followed by a mixed platter of local cured meats and cheeses and a mix of bruschetta (liver, pecorino and lard, cacio e pepe). And to finish, homemade tiramisu. While the variety may seem limited, it's actually its strong point, fueling the high quality of the dishes (made in-house daily). Excellent wines; we were offered a truly remarkable local red. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly, and the service was prompt but not rushed. A stop here is a must.

I ate at this restaurant in Radicofani and loved it. Cazzagnoli are a type of pasta invented here, an original creation of the restaurant. I ate them with aglione, a traditional Tuscan sauce, simple yet rich in flavor, which perfectly complements this pasta. The wine selection is excellent, varied, and well-curated, with a strong focus on local products. The restaurant is small, traditional, and welcoming, and enjoys a truly beautiful location with a splendid view right in front. The owners and service were also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place, especially to anyone who wants to try something authentic and unique.

01/01/2026: Located at the entrance to the village of Pienza, the atmosphere is extremely relaxed and informal, yet very welcoming. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes and ingredients that begin with tradition and then evolve. The wine selection is extensive, and Davide makes excellent recommendations. We had a wonderful evening tasting and drinking so many delicious things: thank you so much!
