31/07/2025: As always, going by sense, we found a pearl in the woods... located in the woods adjacent to San Gemignano, you can notice the youthful and intriguing touch of young people who deserve what they have created... meat-based dinner with top quality and zero-mile products... count? 10 out of 10... a place to add to the list of favorites... thanks Annalisa, Paola, Filippo, Cosimo, Viciani... a hug from the weather belt

31/07/2025: I've known this place for a while but the service I received wasn't up to par with the usual. I have to say that they had warned me but 1 hour and 45 minutes for a sliced steak and a mixed roast, without even mentioning the inconvenience I had suffered, disappointed me.

22/07/2025: A truly enchanting village, if you're looking for complete tranquility, this hotel is the perfect choice. The rooms are a decent size, with chromotherapy in the shower. The breakfast is perfect for a three-star hotel, and if you're looking for some pampering, there's also a small spa available for a fee. Donatella and Luciano, the owners, are wonderful people, full of advice and attentive service. The restaurant just steps from the hotel is beautiful, with a stunning view, delicious food, and excellent service, especially from Tatiana. I highly recommend going there!

04/05/2025: Quality raw materials, excellent cured meats and cheeses, good house wine and even the Tuscan crostoni are of high quality. A little expensive. The service and cleanliness can be improved, but in the context it can be overlooked.

29/06/2025: A very hot day in Pienza and you don't know where to have lunch? Here is the perfect place, fresh, in the shade of the trees with dishes for all tastes. Do you want something fresh? You will find an excellent panzanella, for the flavors of the territory and more decisive you will find a wide choice of crostini and first courses and excellent meats. A fabulous final tiramisu. Kind, joking and easy-going staff. So try it.

08/06/2025: I have been back to eat here several times, but this time the experience was particularly nice. The menu has some really good new dishes, the dishes we tried pleasantly surprised us. I liked the livers with glaze, the sea bass accompanied by mango leche. The fettuccine with squid ink and the Cinta Senese cheek literally melted in the mouth because it was so tender. The dishes chosen by my partner were also excellent, confirming the excellent cuisine, the service was also attentive, discreet and friendly, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The price is in line with the quality of both the food and the environment: serene, well-kept and welcoming. A restaurant that manages to exceed expectations every time. Ps: The spa is also very beautiful!

21/07/2025: On the way to Montalcino, we decided to stop in the wonderful city of Buonconvento. And we found a restaurant there, where I tried the best meat fillet in my life, it was very tasty. And I really liked the service. This is a delicious place, where many Italians eat. Real Italian cuisine.

21/07/2025: I ordered a Florentine steak for my daughter and I, unfortunately the worst I've ever eaten. Rubbery, even tough and black in some places. Terrible. They didn't even let us see it before cooking it, and it's no good. Not recommended, in fact, they don't have a meat display fridge. I trusted them because of the nice location and the kind waiter, but it's not worth it.

21/07/2025: We did the Pasta and Tiramisu Experience at the Fonte Giusta Academy. Dennis was a great instructor even though he named my son Colin as the #1 student when clearly I was the #1 student haha. The class and instruction was awesome. Made for a great excursion and we even got a great meal. The class was organized, started timely, and we got good service at the restaurant. Dennis and the staff were great and made for such an enjoyable experience.

25/07/2025: We arrived in Siena and didn't know where to eat, so we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. It was after 2:30 PM and the place closed at 3:00 PM. The kind young lady let us eat, and I have to say it was a great choice. 👍 The place, atmosphere, and food were excellent, not the kind of place where you only go once and eat the same thing (those who understand me will understand me). Thanks again. When and if we return to Siena, I'll definitely stop by. Thanks and regards Federico and family
