02/05/2025: Dirt road. Pici all'aglione that didn't taste like aglione. Rib expressly asked to show it to me but it arrived on the table, burnt hard and really bad. Sausages and ribs were actually a small sausage and 2 ribs and that was it. Side dish: dried and burnt baked potatoes, fried artichokes were actually artichokes with a sort of batter that we didn't like. Waitress absolutely not recommended, she didn't understand any of that as I was saying. At the time of payment we pointed this out but not even 1 euro discount. 131 euros with 20 euros of wine. In short, an evening to forget, perhaps we found the wrong evening but it seems strange to me that from the starters to the side dishes they were all made at random. Zero stars.

01/06/2025: A beautiful restaurant just a few meters from the entrance to the old town. An incredible wine selection with extremely competent advice. Excellent food, upscale, with a slightly more unusual interpretation of Tuscan cuisine than in many other restaurants. Extremely attentive service. I would have gladly given it even more stars... One of the best restaurants in the heart of the old town!

31/05/2025: Expectations were high, but the quality of the dishes did not live up to the final bill. The fried cuttlefish had a predominant flavor of oil, completely covering it; The pigeon, presented as an important dish, literally consisted of two small pieces on the plate, with no balance between quantity and price. At the beginning of the dinner, unlike all the other tables, we were not served the welcome tasting. An oversight can happen, of course, but when we pointed it out at the cashier, the owner responded with a laconic "it can happen", without even apologizing or offering a gesture of courtesy. The service was average, but overall the quality/price ratio was unbalanced. We will not return.

31/05/2025: Trattoria carina, ideale per una cena in famiglia. Abbiamo ordinato primi e secondi: carne e contorni buoni e ben preparati, mentre i primi ci hanno deluso. Il Picio con verdure e pomodorini era insipido e coperto da troppo prezzemolo (non indicato in carta), e anche il Picio con asparagi e pancetta era poco saporito. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa alla cameriera Ana, il suo atteggiamento è stato scostante e poco professionale: ha liquidato il commento scaricando la responsabilità sulla cucina, senza mostrare alcuna disponibilità o cortesia. Un comportamento che ha lasciato un certo malcontento e ha inciso negativamente sull’esperienza. Molto apprezzato invece il servizio dei camerieri giovani, in particolare una ragazza gentile, attenta e professionale, che ha reso la serata più gradevole.

31/05/2025: Un ristorante con un'atmosfera piacevole, musica rilassante, per non parlare delle specialità mangiate in questo ristorante, servizio eccezionale, il proprietario gentilissimo, le cameriere molto carine ed educate, e il servizio è 10 su 10, spero di poter tornare l'anno prossimo.. Tutto era eccezionale ❤️❤️

21/05/2025: We ate two appetizers, a tagliata and a large salad, a liter of house red wine, a place like the taverns of the past, unpretentious, but clean, simple food, a decent tagliata, could have been better, but it's ok with the place, total 68 euros.

15/05/2025: Delicious ice cream. The staff were lovely. Limited seating though - only two small tables inside and one outside. We managed to get a table though.

10/05/2025: Delicious ice cream, and all gluten-free!! In our case, we chose Fior di latte and tiramisu, the latter very soft, which allows it not to become “heavy”. The wafer is delicious.

14/06/2025: We took this recommendation from our Airbnb host, who is a local and booked our reservation for us, so we had no idea what to expect as we had not even researched the name. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the ambiance is absolutely stunning. It looks as though it is straight out of Architectural Digest. The staff are so thoughtful and caring. Sommelier paired the perfect wine with our meal. Quite literally the best beef tartare I have had in my entire life. Also had the mixed grilled pork which was phenomenal. This place is a gem. We are so lucky to have received this recommendation and will be certain to share with all of our friends overseas.

12/06/2025: A wonderful ambience, very good food and, of course, excellent regional wines, as well as very attentive and friendly staff, round off a perfectly successful dinner with the family.

11/05/2025: Delicious pizza, real Neapolitan. A series of spicy oils recommended for the chosen pizza is also served with the pizza. Excellent fried food, a little small place, I recommend booking. Still highly recommended.

18/05/2025: Ogni tanto ci vado perchè secondo la mia inesperta opinione , è un locale tranquillo e ben organizzato dove i tempi di attesa non sono troppo lunghi. Inoltre i piatti presentati o le pizze sono di Ottima fattura e abbondanti. l'atmosfera è molto familiare. Direi che è un locale dove tornarci. Occorre prenotare un po' prima perchè il locale è sempre pieno.

20/05/2025: Positive experience in an atmosphere of other times! Vintage environment furnished in a very picturesque way, with vintage cars located inside the restaurant, set as tables and where you can also eat inside if you want. A place that takes you back in time and you leave refreshed and satisfied. The kindness and professionalism of the waiter who served us are unique! As for dishes, I recommend the diced grilled polenta with lard and cream of pecorino cheese and the pici all'aglione. The place is also very suitable for families, with a large and safe outdoor area, where there is also an area with slides and games for children. Furthermore, the restaurant is close to the Chiusi motorway exit on the A1, so I also recommend it as an excellent alternative to a meal in a service area.

18/05/2025: Coming off the highway we found this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise!! Inside there is the possibility of having lunch in a car, we had lunch on board a yellow 500! Very nice experience. In addition to this, very good food and very kind staff!

16/05/2025: 5 star food minus the price tag. Best gluten free pizza and focaccia bread I’ve ever had. Our party also enjoyed the steaks, smashed burgers, and grilled veggies! So much excellent flavor in every bite. All thumbs up for the wonderful gents behind the deli counter!
