The staff, as well as the owners, are helpful, courteous, and welcoming.
The menu features typical Sienese dishes.
The homemade pasta is excellent, especially the pici with white ragù.
Excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open for lunch.

Anyone who wants to eat Picci al ragù bianco in Siena should come to Fiaschetteria il Pulcino. They're a true delight. This little place rightfully won the foodish program. It's nice to see that everyone works as a family. You guys are truly special. The food here is good and at absolutely reasonable prices. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Discovered by pure chance but it's really worth it! Extraordinary pici with white sauce! Excellent service and friendly owners! When I return to Siena, we will definitely go back.
