25/02/2026: A small restaurant with an unassuming facade and several simple rooms... BUT the food is absolutely delicious, and the value for money is truly excellent. The colorful steamed dumplings are flavorful, and the dumpling soup bowl is hearty and full of taste. A wonderful discovery in February 2026.

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful stay. The pool is large and really warm – even in the colder months. The service and friendliness of the hosts are exceptional, so I'm definitely giving it 5 stars. The only thing I didn't like "perfectly" was the dining room; I prefer a bit more privacy with more space between the tables, but that's really a minor point. You can easily reach some great hiking trails directly from the hotel, and the view is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

17/12/2025: An enchanting place where you can experience relaxation, peace, beauty, and traditional flavors. My husband and I felt incredibly pampered by Mrs. Patrizia and Chef Francesco. The room was elegant, clean, warm, and comfortable. The dinner was delicious, not to mention the delicious breakfast. The owner was so kind and attentive! I highly recommend Villa Vetrichina because it's surrounded by nature and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. We'll definitely be back soon!
12/11/2025: The cooking class we took at Villa Vetrichina was the absolute highlight of our European vacation. Patrizia was the consummate hostess supplying flexiblity, great directions, great communication as well as being just a wonderful person.
Chef Francesco was awesome to work with. So full of energy and exuberance. He kept us in stitches all evening. Not to mention keeping us in mounds of food that fed four of us for three days afterwards.
We learned so much and will take these lessons (and amplifying info sent via email with all the recipes) home with us to help us recreate this wonderful experience.
So highly recommended.

29/03/2026: We had a very nice dinner at Moscadella. The bartender prepared some great drinks. Meat and pasta dishes were excellent. Good wine list. Delicious tiramisu. Nice and cosy ambiance.
13/03/2026: We had a stunning dinner here. The restaurant is beautiful with such attention to detail. Food and service was exquisite; from the mixologist drinks, to amazing salads and entrees. Tuscan food and wine in a wondrous setting!

Everything is homemade, from the bread to the mayonnaise, using local ingredients. The staff is welcoming and pleasant.

The two owners are delightful people: friendly, welcoming, and always ready for a chat, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.
The ingredients are all fresh and locally sourced, and you can taste it: every sandwich is carefully prepared, tasty, and meticulously prepared.
A place we'll definitely return to—quality, friendliness, and authenticity are the hallmarks!
