Very friendly service and a great atmosphere.
22/08/2026: This was my second time here, and I was super happy both times! 😍 Last year, we booked a table for 19 adults and 6 children; this year, there were 14 of us adults. Despite the large group, the Fidelio team reserved a table for us and made it a wonderful evening. ✨ The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. The team is young and flexible, and we were able to communicate perfectly in English.
The restaurant is very cozy and has a great outdoor area. It's located at the entrance to the old town and not far from a large parking lot.
Highly recommended! ☺️

20/05/2026: Went there for lunch only, very friendly, small but good selection, good wine pairings, quaint atmosphere.
14/05/2026: This is the ideal perch to explore the highlights of Tuscany from. The rooms are clean and budget friendly, excellent value, but what really stands out is the service. Carolina was so helpful on everything from sight seeing to parking logistics. She made us feel like family.
Oh and never skip the breakfast. It is quite a spread.
10/10 would stay here again.

The pici were very good, as were the truffle pasta, the tartare, and the suckling pig. The panna cotta was also excellent. The young man who looked after us was very knowledgeable, and you could see how he kept the dining room and other colleagues in check.

04/07/2026: A star is missing because in 2026, it's unthinkable to run a business without a refrigerated, pleasant, and welcoming environment. You come in during the summer, with the 40°C heat, grab a beer, and come out soaked and eager to leave. How can you not understand this? Good beers, very fair prices, and friendly, professional staff serving you.

The only flaw: the wait. Almost two hours at the table, with more than a hour spent waiting for our dishes (8 crostoni).
Despite this, the staff was very friendly and recommended if it wasn't too crowded.
01/06/2026: A good place with a good quality/price ratio. Located on a side street off the main street in the historic center. The menu isn't extensive, but it's more than adequate.

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful stay. The pool is large and really warm – even in the colder months. The service and friendliness of the hosts are exceptional, so I'm definitely giving it 5 stars. The only thing I didn't like "perfectly" was the dining room; I prefer a bit more privacy with more space between the tables, but that's really a minor point. You can easily reach some great hiking trails directly from the hotel, and the view is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

01/04/2026: We took out two trays of pizza (Margherita, salami, sausage) and various ciaccini. They were truly delicious. They were also good cold, which is saying something. The price was very fair.
