12/05/2025: Really good pizza, it's "different" but so tasty. If you are looking for a thick doughy crust, this is not the place. The crust is so thin and crispy that it really lets the ingredients shine. The pizzas are huge, they say for 2 people, they are not lying. Could probably serve 3-4 with some anipastis to start, or just have leftovers. Plus, they had beers from the local brewery if you need a change from all the Chianti.

11/05/2025: Best pizza I’ve ever had. Perfect thin crust that supported all the fresh ingredients. We had the “small” pepperoni and arugula pizza which was more than ample for my wife and me. Damiani was our friendly host who complimented our lunch with generous samplings of his homemade limoncello and meloncello.

18/05/2025: Great spot for a little aperativo. We caught the jazz trio in the cisterns at the right time. Paired with a good sandwich and 2.50€ prosecco and wine between 3.5-7€, this was a great space to spend the afternoon.

17/05/2025: I agree with the comment above: the prices displayed on Google aren't the same in 2022 and you still haven't changed it, it's not serious. In France, you get fines for prices displayed that aren't correct!! It's misleading for customers, and yes, the server also only offers cash payment; he'll only take card payments if that's all you have!!! Luckily, my focaccia was good!

09/05/2025: A lovely, secluded place with a beautiful view. The service was good and attentive, and the price is not high. The problem is that the food was not very tasty. The cod my partner ordered was rather bland, and the pieces of picania I ordered were a bit chewy. The dessert was also quite mediocre. Overall from a gastronomic point of view it was quite disappointing.

30/04/2025: A few months ago I contacted the property and it was confirmed that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. Precisely for this reason, I organized my entire trip so that I could visit the restaurant on a Tuesday. I was particularly excited at the idea of ​​tasting the olive oil and wine produced by you, and then also purchasing them as gifts for friends. That same morning I went to the restaurant to book a table for 8.30pm. On that occasion, I also left my room number and my telephone number. Imagine my disappointment when, after a long wait and with great anticipation, I was told that my reservation had been canceled without my being informed. The staff insisted they sent me a message — a message I never received — and placed all the blame on me, without even showing me proof of sending. If it was really necessary to confirm via message, wouldn't it have been more correct to notify me at the time of booking? The staff's response was simply that the restaurant was fully booked, without offering me any alternatives. When I asked if there was another solution, I was told in a dismissive tone: “You have a car, don't you?” Thanks to this episode, one of the days of my pregnancy honeymoon — which until then had been beautiful — became a very bitter memory. Thank you with all my heart.

03/06/2025: We discovered the restaurant by chance while wandering around the city. Hidden, accessed by narrow steps from an alley. It is an experiential family restaurant with an amazing selection of delicacies. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: Historic bar near Monteriggioni, they serve quality cured meats and cheeses. Large outdoor veranda and small public parking. The only downside is the slightly inflated prices but otherwise ok.
