Good manners and politeness are essential. The first time, I took a table without queuing to reserve it, and I understood that if I returned, I would have to respect the wait. That didn't stop me from coming back! Once you understand this, the owner will make you a sandwich you'll remember for a long time. If you'd like a glass of wine to accompany your meal, let yourself be guided, trust the process, and savor the experience. As a Tuscan from the province of Florence, I was in Siena.
A truly lovely surprise, and Angelo was very friendly; we even talked about the Tuscans' sarcasm.
Six-star sandwiches and an interesting atmosphere.
The food is good, and it's a nice place.

A quaint and authentic place. The excellent dish was truly a discovery, with excellent flavors and beautiful pairings... the raw sausage, not my cup of tea, but I understood what he was trying to convey... well done.
The wine, whose name I don't remember, reminded me of a Malvasia special I drank from a producer in Sgonico, a wine with truly character and just the right amount of acidity.
In the end, I didn't understand, and it made me feel uncomfortable. The joke, repeated two or three times, that he learned from McDonald's... I thought I'd said something wrong (but I don't think so) and that he was upset... strange because I only complimented him.
Ultimately, if you're in Siena, it's a REAL place that will surely leave you with something positive and let you experience flavors you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.

The owner doesn't seem particularly welcoming at first, but he puts his heart and soul into making his paninis. Working alone, he meticulously prepares each one, showcasing his expertise with quality ingredients, and our taste buds thank us from the very first bite. It's truly a place worth the detour; kudos for this lovely, peaceful moment away from the crowds.

Angelo doesn’t make sandwiches - he makes art. It was truly the best sandwich experience of my life. Everything is amazing, but the special #3 was mind blowing. Have him create something for you if you don’t know what you want.
The homemade sausage tartar with mushroom cream sauce was the greatest bite of Italy. Also the veggie / vegan sandwiches were on the same par as any meat.
He’s an awesome guy and remembered us when we came back. Don’t listen to anyone saying the service is too slow or that he is rude. It’s part of the charm and the process. He takes his time to make the best possible product, so allow him the time to do so and you will be rewarded. May come back to Siena just for this!

A top culinary experience! Local excellence with the genius of the master behind the balcony, expertly assembling the ingredients. Excellent wines.
The place needs a little updating... a little disorganized here and there... the host growls a bit, but his eyes shine with boundless love, and you can taste it all in his dishes! So I'll even consider the growl as a positive note :)
An experience worth having, the price absolutely in line with the quality offered.
I had a plate with four tastings, including one with confit cherry tomatoes and lavender honey (sorry if I don't remember correctly), and a glass of wine. Anyway, everything was divine! 😍 Thanks, Gino Cacino
