Highly recommended: the location, Florentine steak, and local wine. I recommend booking.

Proprietari ( una famiglia) molto gentili, cordiali , ma che un po’ ti fanno sentire a casa ! Sì direi atmosfera di casa ! Cibo molto buono e di qualità ! Locale ben curato pulito e molto carino ! A Poggibonsi non si può non fermarsi per una cena o un pranzo ! Merita assolutamente a mio giudizio !!!

01/04/2025: Beautiful estate, amazing wines, and an all-around fantastic experience. The setting is stunning, and the team was super welcoming and knowledgeable. We also had lunch there, which was delicious—perfectly paired with the wines and served in such a relaxing, scenic atmosphere. We learned a lot, ate well, drank even better, and just had a really great time. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

07/09/2025: Great place for a stop and a good snack. It's out of the way, so it's very convenient. The schiacciata with porchetta was truly excellent. The schiacciata was very soft and tasty, definitely good even without anything inside. The porchetta was also really good. Prices are higher than average, but that's okay. The place is a little dated but well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

05/09/2025: I've known La Speranza, a true historic icon, for almost four decades. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, but above all, the quality of the service is combined with an unpredictable kindness that endures over time. Each sandwich is prepared with the utmost care for each customer. Not to be missed.

29/08/2025: Absolutely amazing experience. The waitstaff were incredibly professional and the level of detail with every step of their process was impeccable. The wine list is fantastic. Many underrated wineries on there, and the food was homely but faultless.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, reminiscent of a historic establishment, a melting pot of intoxicating aromas that anticipate the experience. Service is generally a waltz of courtesy and smiles, although during our visit, at a busy time, one diner noted a certain haste in clearing his table. A small flaw in an otherwise impeccable experience and truly commendable value.

27/06/2025: Very disapointed. Poor service. I was waiting with my family for more than 15 minutes and have been ignored by staff all that time. There was no other customers so there was no excuse to not to serve us. Avoid

07/08/2025: We've been here for two days and have one more to go. I'm reviewing from the poolside now because it would be pointless to wait any longer. Wonderful, welcoming, and strategically located. Andrea, the owner, is a fantastic person, friendly, incredibly welcoming, and knowledgeable. He'll be happy to help with any questions or concerns. The entire property is very well-kept and clean. From the fact that we had to dine in a different place every night to the fact that we preferred to enjoy the on-site restaurant for all our dinners, the menu is varied, the quality is very high, and the restaurant staff is highly trained. You can dine right among the olive trees. In short, simply SPECTACULAR. Thank you for everything.

30/08/2025: Nothing special; the atmosphere inside the restaurant was a bit cold. We went just for the first course; the ravioli were cold, but the Tagliatelle Fiorentina was tasty. I wouldn't come back.
