17/08/2024: One of the best restaurants in the area for value for money. You need to book in advance as it is often fully booked. We have been there twice to enjoy the Tuscan cuisine and especially the homemade pici. We had an excellent culinary experience, but in my opinion some dishes cost too much compared to what they offer. All in all it is an inn that I highly recommend, the atmosphere is magical especially at sunset.

12/08/2024: You can't go wrong when you read “welcome to paradise”. A small place in the open space of a small village, with a magnificent view; the dishes are simple and genuine, tasty and the price is absolutely correct. The service is warm, it feels really good!

The cuisine is a triumph of authentic and creative flavours, each dish a real surprise. The chef's surprise tasting menu was an unforgettable experience: a journey through the flavors of Tuscany revisited in a modern key. The location, in the heart of Bagno Vignoni, is enchanting: dining outdoors, surrounded by this unique landscape, is an indescribable emotion. An experience to absolutely recommend!

14/08/2024: Ottimo pesce e servizio molto accurato. Piatti molto curati e buonissimi, il cuoco sa il fatto suo. Spaghetto allo scoglio ottimo e cottura perfetta. Non economico ma neanche troppo esoso. Siamo stati bene.

09/07/2024: Very soft and welcoming place, you can have a drink while talking very calmly and peacefully. The staff is fantastic, especially the waitress is kind and balanced, not too pushy, but always available. I can't speak for the food because I haven't eaten there, but the drinks are truly phenomenal and the fact that you can decide whether to stay inside or outside is really nice. The only small flaw that I would like to point out is the difficulty in finding parking, especially in the evening, but if you are in the city they are truly a stone's throw away to enjoy tranquility and a good drink. Highly recommended.

26/04/2024: Very nice and well-kept place. Excellent for an aperitif or an easy dinner. The cocktails are delicious and the selection of gins is interesting. Try it!

25/05/2024: Such a stunning place, tucked away among all the green heaven, the pool, the food, the rooms, plenty of hikes. Just perfect, not to mention you can do wine tasting right on the spot as they have their own grapevines and produce award winning wine.

08/01/2024: The villa offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing holiday: silence, impeccable cleaning, delicious local food, a refreshing swimming pool, good wine, especially the white selection. The place is situated in the middle of an olive grove, away from the heat and noise of towns, but still close to famous attractions like Montepulciano (30 minutes away), or Florence (1 hour and a half). The staff is also very nice and friendly.

13/08/2024: Delicious food! Ravioli was great Service was very friendly We were 7 people (not reserved) it was very busy but we still got a table. My dog ​​was allowed inside. The children were very happy with the pizzas and another tasty meat dish House wine was also tasty. After we had paid, a hearty one Espresso on the house and me a limoncello :) We will definitely come back!

29/08/2024: When we stepped into Lieviti we were a little alarmed... there were only two occupied tables. Luckily as the night went on we realised we were just being extremely British by coming for dinner at 8pm... by 8.30pm the place was packed. The food was excellent, scratching the itch we had for wonderful pizza despite recognising it's not what Tuscany is known for. Service was a little more tricky, as language proved a bit of a barrier and as the restaurant filled up it was more challenging to get plates cleared and a bill sorted. But it was all understandable, and didn't negatively impact the experience. A great option while you're in Montepulciano.

25/08/2024: We were visiting Montepulciano and other places in the area and stopped to enjoy Neapolitan pizza at this pizzeria. You have to go down some stairs, as the place is underground and almost all the tables are under one roof and there are about fifteen of them. The menus are not delivered to the table, but rather wifi is provided to view the price list. From the name I expected a selection of different yeasts, but this was not the case. There is not much selection of pizzas, while the classic ones have a normal price, the special ones are very expensive. Very courteous waiters. The service was very fast, even in the delivery of the dishes, so I cannot confirm the reviews that speak of biblical times. The pizzas were very good and the dough too, but everything was normal, not exceptional.

15/06/2024: Wonderful! An authentic Italian inn at a crossroads in the Colline Metallifere. Very well attended by craftsmen and technicians from the geothermal power plant nearby. We had water, red wine, salad, pasta, rabbit and espresso for a flat rate of EUR 20/person! Friendly service, lively atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

15/06/2024: Wunderbar! Ein authentisches italienisches Gasthaus an einer Straßenkreuzung in den Colline Metallifere. Sehr gut besucht von Handwerkern und den Technikern des Geothermiekraftwerkes in der Nähe. Wir hatten Wasser, Rotwein, Salat, Pasta, Kaninchen und Espresso für pauschal EUR 20/Person! Freundliche Bedienung, lebendige Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

30/08/2024: Pranzo post visita al museo minerario. Alle 13 senza prenotazione troviamo posto in questo ristorante a poca distanza dal museo. Antipasto toscano con salumi e formaggi eccellenti. Tre piatti di pici al ragù, della casa e tonnarelli cacio e pepe tutti buoni. Un tiramisù ed una panna cotta a completare questo buon pasto. Unico dubbio ( ma è gusto personale ) il vino rosso della casa, comunque discreto, servito freddo... non troppo gradito. Nel complesso vale la sosta

21/08/2024: Chiamato per prenotare per 6 persone ci hanno detto di presentarci non prima delle 21:15 perché pieni. Arrivati 20 minuti prima, locale vuoto, con un solo tavolo interno occupato. Durante l'ordine il cameriere ha insistito pesantemente perché ordinassimo il maggior numero di primi con lo stesso tipo di pasta per poter mangiare tutti insieme, niente pasta semplice al pomodoro per i bambini, cameriere che sparecchiava e toglieva piatti con ancora da mangiare dentro, tempo massimo per ordinare i secondi ore 21:50 altrimenti la cucina chiudeva, finito il contorno ci hanno tolto anche le posate, caffè fatti 2 volte perché primi erano acqua colorata. Conto normale, cibo discreto, ma servizio e cura del cliente a livello di mensa militare durante il servizio di leva obbligatoria, anzi peggio.
