A restaurant and wine bar just steps from Piazza del Campo. The location is charming, built over an Etruscan house whose walls are still visible. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, with a special mention for the wild boar cooked in milk... fabulous. However, what really makes this place so enjoyable are the service and the people who work there, from the owner to the young waiters, who not only provided excellent service but were also helpful, kind, and friendly, entertaining and chatting with us throughout the meal. I will definitely be back and have even recommended it to all my friends... congratulations again!

Places like this deserve a good review! It makes you want to recommend places where you're treated well and the food is extraordinary! The service was impeccable and the food was out of this world, simply wonderful!
From the pasta dishes, we ordered the Pappardelle al ragù and the Taglierini al caco! Absolutely incredible! The white wine, 'Cervaro Della Sala', was also excellent!

Beautiful and well-maintained venue.
Top staff, the wait staff are fabulous: professional, precise, yet friendly and joking.
The appetizers and first courses were good, although I expected something more refined and detailed. The dessert could be revisited. The wine was well-served and explained. The semifreddo was incredibly hard, and all that cream around it made it truly ungourmet. The same goes for the meringue.

We had a lovely family lunch on Saturday here. Best lunch on our trip to Tuscany! It was such a reprieve to be sitting in this cool (temperature) place while the heat was blasting outside. The meals - we all had antipasti, primi and desserts were delicious. The cheese with truffle was amazing. So was the melon salad. I had the Gorgonzola pasta. Not many vegetarian choices but the one they had was so delicious! Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back one day. Thank you for the yummy experience!
