Excellent food, limited variety, and a surprise on the bill without knowing the prices in advance. But is that possible? We didn't like it. We left with a strange feeling... of lack of transparency.

We always love coming back because the food is excellent. Extraordinary Tuscan dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The staff is extremely friendly. Prices are reasonable. Reservations are recommended.

I put my best foot forward because today I truly had a "comforting and reassuring" lunch. A simple place without unnecessary embellishments, with excellent traditional food and a fair, affordable final bill. I will definitely return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Open at lunchtime, they offer typical and quality dishes. The interior is small, but very cozy. They also sell other products at the entrance, especially salumi but also preserves. The ribollita, we must say, was delicious, one of the best we've tasted in Siena! 100% recommended and to return for sure.

12/04/2026: For our only dinner in Siena, we couldn't afford to make a mistake, so we searched extensively and settled on this reasonably priced, highly-rated restaurant. After countless phone calls, we finally got an answer and managed to secure a reservation. The carbonara-style pici was excellent, and the sautéed pork liver was among the best dishes we had during our stay. Excellent value for money.
