09/06/2025: I have eaten many hamburger sandwiches in Italy and Europe, but this one surpassed them all. An explosion of refined flavors that ended a lovely evening chatting with the owners. See you soon from Turin 😃

04/06/2025: I have been to this hamburger joint with my daughter who studies in Volterra. I found all the products to be of high quality and kindness from the owners of the place. I tried a sandwich made with rustic bread with oil with Cinta Senese hamburger, provola, caramelized onions and BBQ sauce, really excellent and then a piadina with chianti (that is, the wine is put in the dough) with porchetta, peppers, caciotta and mayonnaise, also very good and enjoyable, the potatoes cut at the moment and fried, very tasty as well as the sauces. The local red wine, poured from a small barrel containing a bag in box, is also good and sincere, excellent way to preserve the product. If you are in Volterra, I recommend the hamburger joint for a "quick" but tasty and quality meal, nothing to do with a fast food chain. only note, I would put warm light bulbs but that's my taste :-)

22/05/2025: I leave 5 well-deserved stars. Delicious food and abundant portions; friendly and kind staff. Very careful plating. Very fair quality-price ratio. There were 5 of us, 2 appetizers to share, 5 first courses, 3 second courses, 4 desserts and 4 bottles of water, for a total of €40 per person. Excellent quality food!! We will definitely return in the height of summer to also enjoy the outdoor venue as it is very suggestive and colorful.

17/05/2025: We were at the Belvedere and ate local fish, which was very good and freshly cooked. A lovely experience on the beach in Pisa.

31/05/2025: Delicious food and great service. More refined than your typical trattoria Italian dishes. Felt like it was reasonable value for money given the food quality - would definitely recommend the trio of tartare (OMG the white truffle!) and duck breast.

Le choix du restaurant c’est fait grâce à TW et nous ne regrettons pas Super expérience culinaire avec les Buttons ou les spaghettis A découvrir absolument En sus le personnel est charmant !

21/05/2025: Pizza stesa con il matterello, piccola e poco condita. La pizzeria non era del tutto piena e nonostante questo alla cassa è stato sbagliato un condimento della pizza e la modalità di pagamento, solo perché non eravamo minimamente ascoltati e alle richiesta di pagare ci hanno risposto in modo secco e maleducato. Si sente la mancata lievitazione e in più sono colari litri d’olio dai cartoni della pizza in macchina. Molto male

02/06/2025: Both of the servers, although very busy, were extremely polite and helpful! The pizza was delicious, the best I have ever had! The crust was just amazing, perfect! The pasta was also very good. I did not expect such a quality and great service in a place so busy and crowded with the tourists but I was very pleasantly surprised. The prices are great too!

02/06/2025: We ordered a Mortazza pizza, which was very good! Also the Aperol Spritz and Negroni. Excellent service. You can tell they pay attention to detail when preparing the pizzas.

25/05/2025: I have been to Ristorante Pizzeria Novecento and I can only leave a more than positive review. The food is truly exquisite, with a wide choice that satisfies all tastes, from pizza to more elaborate dishes. The staff is always kind, welcoming and professional, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. An experience to repeat for sure. Compliments to all the staff!

10/06/2025: My food was freezing cold even though it was supposed to be hot also staff tried to overcharge me for it
