If I may, I'd add some nice table linens and cloth napkins! It's definitely a deliberate choice by the owners, but in my humble opinion, it would change the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Authentic local restaurant with local dry aged meats, home cured meats and also foreign beef, if you want. Extensive (and exclusively Italian) wine list with way more red options than white options. Very friendly host (and owner?) who speaks good English to explain the steak menu to a foreigner visiting. Would recommend if you're in the area!

We found this place somewhat by chance, and we immediately fell in love with it. We spent a family evening dining on Chianina burgers/pulled pork sandwiches for the little ones, and sliced ​​pork with potatoes for the adults. The flavor of the meat was truly excellent, and we also appreciated the fact that they brought us some cold cuts as a sampler while we waited for our meat. Furthermore, the butcher's presentation of the meats we chose was truly appreciated, especially as it showed customers the quality of the product being processed. We finished it all with citrus sorbet for the kids and a delicious tiramisu made on the spot for the adults, both truly delicious. Everything was excellent, from the quality of the products to the service, which promptly came to check on us and that everything was going smoothly. I went here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend and we were really satisfied. We started with a tartare with truffle cheese, which we both ordered: truly delicious, and we say this as people who are quite picky and selective when it comes to tartare. Then we had a pulled pork burger and honey and saffron ribs, splitting both dishes. These dishes were also truly excellent, flavorful and well-made. Quick service, efficient service, and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money too. We'll definitely be back; we recommend it!
