We found this place somewhat by chance, and we immediately fell in love with it. We spent a family evening dining on Chianina burgers/pulled pork sandwiches for the little ones, and sliced ​​pork with potatoes for the adults. The flavor of the meat was truly excellent, and we also appreciated the fact that they brought us some cold cuts as a sampler while we waited for our meat. Furthermore, the butcher's presentation of the meats we chose was truly appreciated, especially as it showed customers the quality of the product being processed. We finished it all with citrus sorbet for the kids and a delicious tiramisu made on the spot for the adults, both truly delicious. Everything was excellent, from the quality of the products to the service, which promptly came to check on us and that everything was going smoothly. I went here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend and we were really satisfied. We started with a tartare with truffle cheese, which we both ordered: truly delicious, and we say this as people who are quite picky and selective when it comes to tartare. Then we had a pulled pork burger and honey and saffron ribs, splitting both dishes. These dishes were also truly excellent, flavorful and well-made. Quick service, efficient service, and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money too. We'll definitely be back; we recommend it!

Eight of us went last Saturday, having arrived from Alcamo to Pontedera for the Italian Vespa Club awards ceremony, which had distinguished itself during 2025. As soon as I walked in, I saw a splendid display of exceptional cuts of meat. The owner behind the counter very kindly explained to us that his business is a butcher shop during the day, and a grill restaurant in the evening, so it was only a small selection of what we saw in the display case. Impeccable service, superb food quality, and a price appropriate for the quality of the food and drink. I recommend trying both the tartare and the tagliata or steaks.

A wonderful discovery: we'd been wanting to dine here for a long time, and our expectations were not disappointed. The meat was incredibly tender, the bombettes truly irresistible, and the fiery tagliata deserves a special mention, kept warm until the last bite thanks to the sizzling hot plate. The honeyed pork ribs were also excellent. All this was accompanied by attentive and impeccable service. The tart with white pepper ice cream is a must-try; it's truly delicious. The place is very welcoming. When it came to the bill, we asked for sausages to be purchased, and they were very willing to help: we also enjoyed these at home and were completely satisfied. We will definitely return, both for the restaurant and the butcher shop.
