A wonderful discovery! Superb experience last night at this trattoria. A magnificent discovery with their T-bone steak alla Fiorentina: the meat and the cooking were simply perfect. An address to remember, I highly recommend it!

A unique and rare place. The food quality is over five stars, and the courtesy and attention to detail are rare nowadays. We ordered a first and second course to share, and they even plated the two half portions (in other places they bring you a small plate and you share it). We ate at this restaurant today, stumbling upon it by chance, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience!! We had paccheri with artichokes and truffle gnocchi, and for our second course, fillet steak with artichokes on a potato cream, and I have to say, delicious! Excellent service. It's a shame the place is a bit too dark, but it's beautiful and well-kept, and the staff is incredibly kind! WELL DONE 👏👏

Truly beautiful place, exquisite staff, and a very professional and knowledgeable host, as are all the staff. I discovered it a few months ago and I don't miss out on their pampering at least once a week. I highly recommend it. It's a wonderful place and the food is delicious.

01/11/2025: I didn't appreciate the choice of recyclable cutlery and plates.
31/10/2025: Excellent little restaurant with limited seating. Everything was delicious, from the taglierino appetizer to the pappardelle with wild boar to the Chianina beef stew. All were paired with a nice red wine recommended by the friendly and professional host. Excellent value for money.

14/07/2026: We ate really well at La Clessidra; the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is very friendly. We highly recommend it.
21/06/2026: Dinner on the evening of San Ranieri. Despite the restaurant being packed, we had a delightful evening. Excellent food and impeccable service, as always. We'll be back soon.
