28/03/2024: Absolutely amazing pizza and platters of cured meats and cheeses are prepared with care and using the best products that the area can offer. There is an outdoor area with a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills, absolutely recommended!

delicious platter and really good pizza!!...even the house wine was excellent...I will return because I want to dine outside with a view of the Pisan hills....PS: they accepted my labrador inside.

16/09/2023: Ci siamo fermati per un boccone veloce....ci siamo stati 2 ore.....ambiente familiare,personale simpaticissimo.il tagliere era ricco di prodotti super buoni.il dolce droga allo stato puro!
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per provare tutte le altre bontà che abbiamo letto nel menù...adatto a comitive,coppie e famiglie con bambini.prezzo anche troppo onesto! complimenti 💚
25/08/2023: Da anni sono cliente di un ristorante nei pressi di Crespina, passando di fronte all’Oasi e vedendo le auto in sosta ho sempre pensato che si mangiasse bene.
Giorni fa ho prenotato e la delusione è stata cocente, antipasti mediocri, primi cucinati male, abbandonati al tavolo (un'ora e mezza per mangiare antipasto e primo…) siamo andati via senza dolce e caffè.
Prezzi alti vista la qualità messa in tavola!

19/11/2023: Ambiente familiare, titolati molto cordiali e gentili, ottimo cibo genuino... Cosa chiedere di più??? Menù toscano con rapporto qualità/quantità -prezzo ottimo.
Consiglio di chiamare preventivamente e discutere con il titolare un menù in quanto alcune carni le possono preparare anche se non sono in un menù giornaliero.
Estremamente disponibili.
Tutto è di loro produzione...!!
Ritornerò sicuramente con amici.
