The Hostaria "Il Granaio" is a real culinary jewel just outside Pisa. Having received plenty of recommendations from friends and family, our recent visit confirmed its reputation for excellence. Extraordinary quality of the dishes offered. The homemade pasta was excellent but the real star of the evening was the mucco pisano. The meat is served with skill and passion, and every bite is an explosion of authentic and intense flavours, which reflect the love and attention dedicated to the selection of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. The Hostaria "Il Granaio" has truly proven to be an embassy of traditional Tuscan cuisine. The wine selection on offer was equally impressive. It is evident that Hostaria "Il Granaio" dedicates the same care and attention to its wine list as it does to the gastronomic menu. The attention to the customer demonstrated by the staff is courteous, professional and attentive to every need, guaranteeing impeccable service from start to finish. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere, excellent quality/price ratio. We highly recommend all lovers of good food and good wine who wish to savor the best of the Tuscan tradition to stop by this fantastic place.

Very friendly staff, fabulous food.
As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with prosecco and a very tasty entrée. We had a nice Florentine steak, red wine, beets as a side dish and a nice dessert to finish. Digested everything perfectly, although we had no doubts. The guys who work in the room are professional and friendly, they made us feel at home. When we return to Pisa we will certainly return to try other dishes, thank you very much!!

Fantastic service, very good starter and starters too. It's a shame for the Fiorentina which arrived overcooked and even charred in some places. I don't think it was an oversight because it was the same at the next table, too bad.

Il locale è un'osteria abbastanza tradizionale. Abbiamo mangiato (in 5) in una veranda chiusa abbastanza confortevole. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti dopo l'omaggino di un buon tortino di verdura con salsa al formaggio sopra: 1 piatto di formaggi e marmellate e tre uova di parisi con tartufo. Buono ma con un paio di difetti: l'uovo era troppo cotto, il tartufo non presentissimo. Abbiamo proseguito con pappardelle sul cinghiale (ragù a pezzi grossi un po' asciuttini), ravioli di anatra al tartufo (questi molto buoni con tartufo un po' più percepibile), tortelli di mucco, filetto ai porcini e bistecca di cervo (molto gradita).
Chiusura con cantuccini e vinsanto e un tiramisù. Da bere un buon Bolgheri, acqua, due vini dolci, caffè. Abbiamo speso 240 euro. Ci tornerò ma mi rimane l'i mpressione di aver speso un po' troppo.

Locale rustico e molto carino. Carne e vini di qualità. Unica pecca il prezzo. A nostro avviso un pochino esagerato. Per il resto merita sicuramente l'esperienza e non escludiamo un ritorno.
