27/08/2024: We ate at Da Badò accompanied by our Tuscan friends with whom we visited the village of Volterra. Typical and traditional dishes. Excellent raw materials. Some questionable choices but overall we ate some really excellent dishes. The quality, quantity and price ratio is also excellent.

19/08/2024: A place where you feel at home. Not at all a gastrobar where there is sophisticated dishes, but top quality food. The wonderful cook and her very nice son. I have to go back.

25/08/2024: First up, the coffee was perfect, 5/5. The smoked salmon toast was really good, but could’ve been spiced a bit better (partially too much citrus, not enough pepper). A very solid 4/5. The atmosphere and ambiente were great, however you had to be really careful to not be in the waiters way.

14/08/2024: Because of the positive reviews, we made a reservation for dinner. However, the restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. It started like this: The table wasn't free at the agreed time. We didn't have an excuse, but at least we got a glass of champagne for it. I thought it was a nice gesture. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good either. The red wine was warm and the pasta lacked flavor. The service also left a lot to be desired. The highlight was at the end when we wanted to pay at the checkout and were ignored by 3 employees. Several demanding eye contacts were also deliberately ignored. I worked in service myself, something like that is simply not appropriate. Overall a pure disappointment.

08/08/2024: A little gem in Tuscany. Homely restaurant with fantastic food, a beautiful garden and atmosphere and incredibly nice and sweet service. For us the highlight of our trip through and to Tuscany! ✨ P.S. Also nice if you love animals...with your own cat and dogs that love cuddles 💕

21/07/2024: A crazy, magical place, which alone is worth the trip. We were welcomed by Stefania as if she had always known us. We had lunch inside, a beautiful environment with attention to the smallest details so much so that it felt like being at the home of old friends. Spectacular dishes with a unique flavor that I will hardly forget. It was the first time but I'm sure it won't be the last.

20/07/2024: What a fantastic place! Beautiful view, delicious food and hospitable service. In addition, my gluten intolerance was taken into account. We ate among the Italians and dogs. What does a man want more.

09/08/2024: The Filattelli Calabresi may have been the best pasta dish I had on our entire Italy trip. This small mom and pop wine bar/restaurant was a great find.

19/08/2024: The truffle pasta is very good, the service is fast and courteous. But please, put on air conditioning or at least a fan, you can't breathe in here in August.

12/08/2024: I walked in wanting something quick and affordable for lunch, and came out totally impressed. I had the gnocchi with cheese, pepper, pear and nuts, and a very elegant glass of red wine recommended by the waiter.
