The cone is often taken for granted, but they've thought of that too, making it artisanally and making it delicious. A farmhouse completely integrated into the San Rossore estate, where you can feel at home, serving traditional Pisan dishes prepared with skill and meticulous attention to detail. Wild boar is the star of the show, but the menu also offers many other surprises...all to be discovered and paired with the excellent wines of the Ghizzano estate. Highly recommended

31/10/2025: This review is intended to highlight the owner's rudeness and arrogance. First of all, I went for dinner last Sunday. The food was okay, no hair-pulling, and in line with expectations. The service was equally as good. The only negative note was a guy who was talking about football in a loud voice, delighting half the room who didn't give a damn about his passion... Anyway, yesterday, Thursday, I booked for 7:30 PM. I arrived at 7:12 PM and the big boss showed up with a stern, reproachful tone and told me that the restaurant opens at 7:30 PM. I replied, "Look, I'm on a bike, I'm completely soaked. I sat down, had a glass of wine to warm up, and waited for the time to arrive. At this point, he turned to the waiter and said, 'You can sit down and stay,' but he won't bring you anything until 7:30 PM. At this point, I thought, 'Okay,' I sat down and waited for this damned quarter of an hour, and he urged the waiter to sit down but not to bring anything. At this point, I turned my back and left... You can serve the best food on the planet, but you're prehistoric, arrogant, and extremely rude. Goodbye to you and yours. Fiorentina (team) I'll answer your obvious answer, like the winter sales. You're shamelessly lying. I wasn't expecting anything; I just wanted to sit down to warm up. You have no courtesy, no manners, no hospitality, and you're very, very presumptuous... good luck to you. 19/10/2025: We stayed for one night. We had the four-poster room. Simply wonderful! Impeccable cleanliness, but above all, the kindness of the staff. The dinner was a wonderful surprise. We hope to return soon! Keep up the good work!

Il prezzo del cono pralinato al cioccolato e sprinkles con 2 gusti costa 1€ in più rispetto alla stessa misura semplice da € 3,50. Prezzi regolarmente visibili sul banco con tanto di coni esposti. Dov'è la truffa? I'm not ashamed of my review; it reflects exactly what I experienced. You should learn to accept criticism without personal insults - customers pay for a product and have every right to express their opinion.

07/07/2025: An ideal place if you love meat, especially in the now consolidated version of "gourmet sandwiches". The selection of beers and wines is also good, and the staff can advise you on the best pairing. The only negative note is that it cannot be reached by car, but there are parking lots not too far away outside the ZTL. I definitely recommend it.

09/10/2025: We visited this restaurant and can't say enough good things about it! The service was impeccable, thanks to our waiter Gigi, who was truly talented and incredibly kind. He guided us through our selection of dishes, offering expert and friendly advice. Every course was a discovery of flavors: everything was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. In particular, the mushrooms were exceptional, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Even the wine, selected on Gigi's recommendation, enhanced every dish. A culinary experience we'll definitely repeat. Thanks again to Gigi and all the staff for the wonderful welcome!

01/11/2025: While in Pisa on vacation and attracted by the wonderful reviews, which even call it a gem, I decided to try this restaurant (home delivery), and now I'm wondering... did we all eat at the same place? We ordered malai tikka and chicken tikka, and honestly, we were very disappointed. The chicken was good quality, but it was all super dry and dry. There was no sauce, no flavor, just very dry, tasteless chicken. The regular naan was good, but the garlic one was inedible; not only did it taste of garlic, but it was covered in it—far too much. The only really good thing were the samosas. It's a shame, I was expecting something delicious, but I was really disappointed. It tasted like hospital food, definitely not what you'd expect from an Indian dinner. I also called to ask for disposable cutlery, and they confirmed they'd send it to me, but needless to say, they didn't have any.

19/10/2025: Didn't think I would have an Indian in italy, but was in a group and taken here and have no complaints at all. Food was good and the staff very attentive. Big bottles of cobra as well.
