07/08/2025: Siamo stati a cena io e mia moglie in questa bellissima locanda,l'accoglienza ed il servizio sono stati eccellenti,il titolare e le sue ragazze preparati e simpatici,il cibo è stato squisito dall'antipasto al dolce,il panorama sulle colline al tramonto meraviglioso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.Lo consiglio vivamente.

30/07/2025: Absolutely perfect experience! The service was impeccable, especially thanks to the tattooed waiter, who was always smiling and gave us great advice while creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
22/07/2025: Superb pizzas and a great welcome. We arrived at 9 and the server found a solution for us immediately. Beers and pizzas are cheap and it does the job. I recommend it.

16/08/2025: The Eremita offers a small but varied menu. The dishes are all very tasty (especially the pork fillet with chestnut honey). The menu offers the option of customizing side dishes, which, of course, also come at an extra cost. We went there for dinner three times and were never disappointed.

15/06/2025: Simple cuisine, huge dishes, honest prices, all enclosed in a picturesque little place that obviously remembers its name... The fish dishes are top, I challenge anyone to have an appetizer, first course and second course and not be stuffed to the ears...

Very friendly staff.
13/08/2025: A trattoria outside the city center that exceeded our expectations.
A well-maintained place offering warm service and a moderate portion of well-prepared dishes, not touristy (finally!) but consistent with the restaurant's game-based theme.
The pappardelle are excellent, and if available, I recommend the wood pigeon sauce because I think it's the best in the area.

We had a wonderful time and ate more than reasonable prices, everything was so delicious!
Seasonal and garden-fresh produce! Pets welcome, all in a family atmosphere!
06/08/2025: A welcoming place where you can eat really well for a reasonable price. The view of the ancient village of Castelnuovo Val di Cecina completes the wonderful experience! Definitely worth it.

Each dish tells a story: a perfect balance of creativity, technique, and flavor. The attention to detail is evident and palpable, both in the food and in the elegant yet distinctive ambiance.
The chefs are young, passionate, and talented. It's wonderful to see so much energy and vision in the kitchen.
A place worth discovering (and rediscovering). I'll definitely be back!
12/07/2025: Going to La Polveriera is an experience. We had been there during the day and returned in the evening. What can I say? A magical atmosphere. Quality, refinement, thoughtfulness, so much kindness. They really deserve only compliments. Well done guys. See you next time... magic!
