25/04/2026: First of all, the owner was super nice. I will take that into account in my review. Additionally, he is a real expert at making pizza. We ordered various types of pizzas and a cecina and ate them on the spot, and they were all delicious! Highly recommended if you are looking for a good pizzeria in the Pisa area!

21/04/2026: I haven't had such delicious pizza in a long time. It's made just like I wanted it. I highly recommend it, very close to the airport. It's a small place, but inside, it's a feast of fresh ingredients on a flatbread!

10/03/2026: PERFECT restaurant, every aspect is top-notch, starting with the welcome, continuing with the very characteristic and attention to detail ambience, the IMPECCABLE cuisine at every course, the extremely kind and competent staff, the wide selection of wines, the (wonderful) desserts, and finally the excellent quality/price ratio. I was there tonight and can't wait to go back.

30/04/2026: It's hard to find a pizza like this in Pisa. The dough is truly excellent, cooked and topped perfectly. To top it all off, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and the price is absolutely right for the quality of the food. It's always a regular stop for us.

03/05/2026: Best pizza we had in a long while! Many different choices and also vegetarian options. The menu is available via QR-code on the table (which could be communicated to new customers by the staff to be honest). Friendly staff though. We would come again!

30/04/2026: I wonder what the people who rated this place have eaten. Have they ever tried award-winning pizzerias? Have they ever tried frozen pizzas from the supermarket? How is it possible that this place's pizza is called by so many the best in Pisa? It's a mystery. I've tried every Gamberorosso-awarded pizza (and more) in Tuscany. I can give my opinion. This place's pizza has zero softness, no crust. It feels like unleavened bread with ingredients on top. The crust is actually crunchy, almost like crackers. The ingredients are low-quality; you can't taste or smell the flavors. I wouldn't go back for anything. The frozen marinara or margherita pizza from ITALPIZZA is far superior and costs less than €3. If I go to a place and spend €20, I have to get something better, otherwise I'll stay home and make it myself. Update on the owner's response. My "career" is a firsthand experience, having tested award-winning pizzas in Tuscany for years, such as APOGEO in Pietrasanta, Lo Spela in Greve in Chianti, SUD in Florence, Battil'oro in Seravezza, etc. Pizzerias among the 50 best in Italy. The crust of their pizzas wasn't as firm as a tarallo from Puglia, but soft and airy. Your pizza is among the worst I've ever eaten. I repeat, the frozen pizza from ITALPIZZA is far better and costs less than 3 euros.

15/03/2026: I tried Il Cantuccio pizzeria and overall the experience was positive. The place is pleasant, and the service was friendly and fast. The pizza was good and well-made, with a light dough and a perfect cooking time. The only thing is that I personally expected it to be a little tastier: the ingredients were good, but the overall flavor seemed a little milder than expected. That said, it's still a good pizza and definitely a place I'd happily return to.

We also greatly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options 🌱 and the artisanal gelato, truly top-notch (even the vegan version!). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

06/05/2026: Historic restaurant in the Migliarino pine forest. Fresh, well-prepared seafood with an extensive menu, always crowded with fast, competent service. A top-notch wine list. The only drawback is the slightly high prices, but they're in line with Versilia.

28/09/2025: We ate here a few times during our holiday. Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and a fantastic view. They also have an excellent house wine 🍷🙂 We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

19/09/2025: The certainty of eating well. At Cigliere, we met truly kind staff. The pizzas are delicious: thin and well-topped.
