24/02/2024: Mezz'ora per ordinare con locale quasi vuoto (della quarantina di posti, eravamo in 10 seduti tra tutti i tavoli) e quasi 25 minuti per avere intanto le birre.
Inizia ad arrivare gente, e tutti gli altri ricevono le cose da mangiare, tranne noi.
Chiediamo quanto ancora dobbiamo aspettare, e ci viene detto che per le nostre tartare e patate fritte bisognava aspettare ancora in paio di minuti, che ovviamente sono diventati almeno altri 10.
Arrivano i piatti: escludendo le patate che erano piene di sale e possono piacere o meno a tutti, le tartare erano completamente scondite e soprattutto piene di grasso.
Poi altra mezz'ora di attesa per una tagliata misera (da 18 euro!) e un panino secco e bruciato!
Prezzi assurdi per qualità scadente.

04/02/2024: Very positive dinner, very very good pastrami sandwich. In my opinion, chips in this form are not ideal for dinner. I prefer the more substantial ones, however well made. The carrot dessert is excellent.

05/12/2023: Want fried chicken in Pisa? There’s no KFC no Popeyes. What Pisa does have are fry shops. And so far the best I’ve had is Chicken Taste.

24/03/2024: Today my friends and I went to your place for lunch, let's start from the fact that we love mc's and we have come many times, especially to this McDonald's and we had a good time but today my friends and I found things exchanged even though we had a different table number. On my sandwich it said ONLY sauce and instead they put everything except that, on my friend's sandwich it said NO salad and NO cheddar and there were only the latter. We will definitely return but we hope not to find ourselves in a situation like this again. Good evening

05/09/2023: Positive experience.
Even though it was full, the kids did their best.
A little confusion in organizing the tables, but they manage to please everyone, with kindness and availability. Excellent food.
Their complete dishes are rich.
Definitely coming back.

30/03/2024: We did not receive 1 order of Chicken spicy nuggets, even though I selected for sauces and also paid for extra sauces, nothing was provided in the take away pack. There was just 3 tissues kept for an order of 2 families. No straw given for soft drinks. And there was hardly any cheese on the French fries with cheddar cheese. This joint is taking advantage of travellers who are taking a take away and it’s impossible to check all items before leaving. My order no. Was 58 ordered around 4:30pm for reference. Overall poor service because we even asked if everything is there and they assured.
17/03/2024: Gluten-free sandwich from hospital...🤢👎 2 sandwiches taken, 1 was totally frozen and the 2nd was cold, not to mention the overpriced prices, absolutely not recommended for those who want to stay alive

27/09/2023: I ordered 2 Angus burgers. Gentlemen, I eat Angus beef regularly. The meat in the burgers was mutton. It smelled like you couldn't sit next to them, but still eat. Shame!
04/08/2023: I grabbed something quickly because I was in a hurry but the impression it gave me was that the quality wasn't given much attention. It is definitely worth the price you pay as it is not high. There is no possibility of parking as it is very close to the center even if there is some paid parking in the area. The place is very small and offers the possibility of ordering on justeat which could be very convenient if you find yourself at the last minute with nothing.
