04/11/2023: Very well presented quality cold cuts, very tasty croutons and savory pies, even the first courses were exquisite with a ragù made with local animals. It's a little out of the way but I recommend it.
15/09/2023: Serene atmosphere, very pleasant. Cuisine beyond expectations, definitely capable of enhancing the excellent raw materials used. House wine more than up to par. Service up to par, courteous and attentive. For us a little far from home, but it's definitely worth coming back... hopefully soon

25/02/2024: Honestly, I felt ashamed in the restaurateur's place.
We had to get up and leave without eating anything.
After 20 minutes of waiting and only: the quarter of wine, the water (carbonated and not still as ordered) a first course (ice) and half of the dirty cutlery delivered, we had to get up.
At the time of the bill, the waiter or owner gave us the entire bill, nothing excluded, naturally adding a good day.
Don't worry, my day will definitely be good, even if I'm temporarily fasting and with €17 less.
Certain of your change of ideas and of starting to work seriously by treating people correctly, I wish you a good day and a good continuation.

21/10/2023: We only visited the "In Tiptoe" restaurant. We are not aware that the estate has rooms or hotel services. The restaurant is located on the estate, but is run by two young people who are not part of the estate. The "In tiptoe" restaurant is well worth the detour from the main road: Francesca is an enthusiastic chef with remarkable talent, the proposals that draw on the flavors and aromas of her Sardinia, declining them with the raw materials of Tuscan cuisine, are very interesting. She and her Davide accompany customers on a tasting journey (of land or sea) of dishes that are never banal nor too elaborate or "brainy". The impeccable cooking, the accompanying sauces, the variety of ingredients, all strictly seasonal and coming from small local producers, the perfect pairings with the wines create an unforgettable experience. We hope that Francesca and Davide will continue on this path by continuing to delight us in their intimate and well-kept venue.
