The best Tuscany vibes and relaxation you can find around You can also sleep at the Le Volte ! Lots of great destinations within reach ( Bolgheri , Pisa and so on…)

03/05/2026: A truly pleasant inn in every way. The staff is extremely kind and immediately puts you at ease, with a level of customer service that is evident in every detail. The property is very well-maintained and the setting is wonderful, although its proximity to the road doesn't detract from the experience. The rooms are simple but well-furnished and comfortable. The on-site shop is also very interesting, well-stocked and beautifully presented. We also ate divinely, with special attention given to our two children, who helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Recommended, also for the convenience of available parking.

08/06/2026: We went here to eat because of the many very good reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Anyone who has ever eaten a proper vegan meal (e.g., in a big city) knows that this restaurant can't compete. I had an appetizer that was completely tasteless. The main course was okay, but nothing special. And for that, it was simply too expensive. Yes, they probably use high-quality ingredients, but then they need to season them better. The service was inconsistent. One waiter was overly friendly, while the other had to be reminded that we wanted the menu. If I weren't vegan, I wouldn't eat here.

13/07/2026: We had a great lunch at Vero Bistro while we were waiting for connecting trains. The food was simple but excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great coffee too. When I'm back in Pisa, I'll definitely go back.

The real highlight of the evening was dinner on their splendid terrace: a breathtaking panoramic terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills as far as the eye can see. Enjoying dinner immersed in the silence of nature, with the sunset light coloring the landscape, creates a truly magical and rejuvenating atmosphere. Here are the points that led me to give it top marks: Excellent local cuisine: Dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients, where tradition is enhanced with great balance, attention to presentation, and memorable flavors. The wine selection is also excellent. The panoramic terrace: Dining with that view of the hills is a feeling that alone makes the entire trip worth it. Friendly and attentive service: The staff was warm and professional, attentive to every detail, and made guests feel pampered from the first moment to the last. A truly exceptional venue where the quality of the food perfectly complements the beauty of the setting. Highly recommended for those seeking a special evening or a moment of pure pleasure for the palate and the eyes. Five full stars!

13/06/2026: We came here with no expectation or knowledge about the restaurant or menu and were positively surprised in the end. It’s a rather upscale place in an unexpected location with a lot of history. The dishes we had were all delicious and the service was also very attentive.

It's truly worth seeing the interior for yourself, as this take on the retro style evokes incredible associations and recalls the atmosphere of the Polish People's Republic. Iconic furniture, old posters, and stylish accessories create a unique atmosphere that instantly transports guests back in time several decades. Despite Pisa's highly touristy nature, the pub offers exceptionally good prices, a pleasant and rare surprise. An additional plus is the atmospheric, charming streetside garden. 03/05/2026: We saw this place on Google Maps after we left the Ship Museum so we decided to go. We were only planning to stay for a quick bite and a Sprtitz. Service was amazing. We got small bites and multiple cocktails because we felt so welcomed and the atmosphere inside and out was cozy. Even got a free fan from ordering two Venturo Spritz (a deal they were doing during our visit) and with this heat, as a tourist, that is a must!! In the end everything was phenomenal!

03/08/2026: The first time I went to this restaurant, everything was excellent, so much so that I returned a few months later with my boyfriend to show him how it was. It seemed like a completely different place in terms of service and food. The menu had completely changed, and the new dishes we tried were rather bland and not particularly excellent. We waited over half an hour just to order, so much so that we were about to leave. After ordering, we waited another 25 minutes for our dishes to arrive. The staff was friendly, but lacked customer service and offered no apologies for the long delay. When I asked if the menu had changed completely or if I was misremembering, they pointed out that I could have read the menu online first, which I didn't find particularly polite, because if I return to a place because I liked the food, I don't expect it to change completely so quickly and be taken for granted.

22/05/2026: Fantastic place, exquisite food, and impeccable service. The two of us ordered two appetizers (crispy pulled pork spheres and beef tartare) that were incredible and meticulously prepared, two excellent main courses (beef cheek and boneless ribs), and two delicate cream puffs made with top-quality ingredients. Their bread and pastries rounded out the entrees. An unforgettable experience.
