02/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, very kind and helpful staff. The food was really good; I was really impressed with the truffle tartare. There are many gluten-free and lactose-free options available, and allergens are clearly marked. The staff also offered us coffee and a liqueur, a truly appreciated gesture.

13/05/2026: We ordered the four course tasting menu. It started with 2-3 appetizers, all of which were delicious. My wife is vegetarian and they didn't have that option on the menu for the four course dinner, but the chef Barbara creatively improvised each dish to give my wife the vegetarian version of each course. We were both super happy with the food, the service, the setting and the congeniality of the family who runs this restaurant. We highly recommend it! And we will return for sure.

18/06/2026: Hills: A magical experience: excellent cuisine and a view of the hills that fills the heart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dining at the Tenuta Mocajo restaurant was a simply extraordinary experience, combining authentic local flavors with a location of rare beauty. The real highlight of the evening was dinner on their splendid terrace: a breathtaking panoramic terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills as far as the eye can see. Enjoying dinner immersed in the silence of nature, with the sunset light coloring the landscape, creates a truly magical and rejuvenating atmosphere. Here are the points that led me to give it top marks: Excellent local cuisine: Dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients, where tradition is enhanced with great balance, attention to presentation, and memorable flavors. The wine selection is also excellent. The panoramic terrace: Dining with that view of the hills is a feeling that alone makes the entire trip worth it. Friendly and attentive service: The staff was warm and professional, attentive to every detail, and made guests feel pampered from the first moment to the last. A truly exceptional venue where the quality of the food perfectly complements the beauty of the setting. Highly recommended for those seeking a special evening or a moment of pure pleasure for the palate and the eyes. Five full stars!

13/06/2026: We came here with no expectation or knowledge about the restaurant or menu and were positively surprised in the end. It’s a rather upscale place in an unexpected location with a lot of history. The dishes we had were all delicious and the service was also very attentive.

07/07/2026: A real gem of Tuscany! We were just driving by and needed somewhere to stop for lunch, and we ended up here. The seafood pasta of the day was absolutely marvelous! The atmosphere is amazing with allusions to Alice in Wonderland, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's definitely worth a trip to Calci!

From the moment you walk in, the place captivates you with its unique character, and its greatest asset is its incredible, nostalgic atmosphere. The interior holds true visual treasures – the original retro decor brilliantly evokes the 60s and 70s. It's truly worth seeing the interior for yourself, as this take on the retro style evokes incredible associations and recalls the atmosphere of the Polish People's Republic. Iconic furniture, old posters, and stylish accessories create a unique atmosphere that instantly transports guests back in time several decades. Despite Pisa's highly touristy nature, the pub offers exceptionally good prices, a pleasant and rare surprise. An additional plus is the atmospheric, charming streetside garden. It's the perfect place for a cup of espresso, a cold beer, or a traditional Italian aperitivo, from which you can freely observe the leisurely pace of life in the Italian city. The service is incredibly relaxed, friendly, and very helpful, which only adds to the homely atmosphere. This is a perfect spot in Pisa, combining great style with approachability. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and authentic, off the beaten track!

03/05/2026: We saw this place on Google Maps after we left the Ship Museum so we decided to go. We were only planning to stay for a quick bite and a Sprtitz. Service was amazing. We got small bites and multiple cocktails because we felt so welcomed and the atmosphere inside and out was cozy. Even got a free fan from ordering two Venturo Spritz (a deal they were doing during our visit) and with this heat, as a tourist, that is a must!! In the end everything was phenomenal!

26/05/2026: We went for dinner and had a wonderful meal. The staff was very kind and available to answer any questions. We had the chicken curry and chicken vindaloo, accompanied by basmati rice and vegetable rice. Everything was delicious! The food was well-seasoned and not too spicy. A special mention: the gluten-free menu. The owner said that almost the entire menu is gluten-free (the only gluten-containing item is the naam bread, which is baked in a separate oven), and the staff was well-informed about cross-contamination so they could accommodate, as was our case, celiacs in the restaurant. Excellent value.

19/05/2026: Absolutely loved my time at Namaste India. Food was great and hosts were amazing. Absolutely recommend this to people searching for authentic Indian food in Pisa.

26/06/2026: Yesterday, June 25, we had dinner at this very nice restaurant, with two people. We chose the fish tasting menu. While I was eating one of the first courses, mixed pasta in fish soup, I noticed foreign objects in my mouth, which turned out to be fragments/shards of tableware. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, who noted the shards. We are dismayed to note that at the end of the meal, we received no apologies from either the chef or the management.

05/07/2026: Everything was top-notch!! Unique and rare schiacciatas!! We stayed one night in the apartment above the restaurant, and everything was perfect! The owner was unique and incredibly kind! Thanks again, we'll definitely be back!

27/06/2026: Neither good nor bad. If I were asked to recommend a good restaurant, let's just say it wouldn't be one I'd think of. I also didn't like the menu, with all the references to meat and dishes with non-Italian names. Anyway, I wish them good luck; after all, they're there to work.

25/06/2026: Elegant restaurant with an impressive selection of meat. But even for vegetarians, they can offer a tasty dish like the grilled gnocchi, which was absolutely delicious. The Chocolate dessert was also incredible good. We ate outside, on a torrid June night and enjoyed the relatively fresh air of the garden. Service impeccable. It’s pricey, but I don’t mind paying for quality.
