15/07/2026: 5 ***** is too low!!! We had dinner this evening at Panacea and can say it was a unique experience. Our daughter enjoyed a first course that was nothing short of exceptional, with freshly made ragù. To give us an idea of ​​the quality she'd soon be eating, the owner brought us a bruschetta with the same sauce she'd be eating. For the main course, my partner and I chose a Chianina Angus steak, about 1.4 kg. 🤤 It was exceptionally high-quality meat, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor, something I don't think I've ever tasted before. It was all accompanied by two excellent glasses of wine and delicious side dishes: sweet and sour white zucchini and cannellini beans with fresh porcini mushrooms. It was all delicious. A special thanks to the owner, who, by explaining the different qualities and varieties of meat available, conveyed all the passion and expertise he puts into his work. It was a pleasure to hear his advice. Kudos also to the two waiters who looked after us throughout the evening: friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was truly impeccable. This is no small feat, as I'm lactose intolerant, and after a dinner like this I could finish with a lactose-free dessert (which is not a given, I can assure you). It was the icing on the cake of a perfect end-of-vacation dinner. Highly recommended!

Water and wine are refilled, and you can even bring your own wine. The quality and cooking of the meat are excellent. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent. 14/04/2026: We visited Fattoria L’Olmetto and it ended up being one of the most special experiences of my life. As soon as we arrived, I could see how beautiful the grounds were, but I had no idea what was about to happen that evening. We started in the restaurant where we ordered the ragu, a mixed salad, and an Aperol spritz each. Everything was absolutely delicious, we didn’t leave a single thing. After dinner, we were taken outside for what I thought was just a romantic drink under the moonlight. There was a table set up with beautiful florals and two chairs, surrounded by soft tea lights. It was honestly stunning. Little did I know, that was the moment I was about to be proposed to. It was perfect, and felt like a complete dream from start to finish. A massive thank you to the restaurant staff for playing their part so perfectly and keeping everything a complete surprise. I had absolutely no idea, and that made it even more special. They were all so warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout. The food, the setting, the atmosphere, everything was just incredible. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience.

The location is simply wonderful: a well-kept, authentic place, surrounded by greenery, with an elegant yet warm and familiar atmosphere. But what truly makes this place special are the people. The service and welcome were impeccable, attentive, genuine, and never predictable. Special thanks to the owner, an extraordinary person with an uncommon kindness and sensitivity that was immediately apparent. The food was excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and with great care. But what truly struck me was the attention given to me: despite being notified very quickly that a vegan person (me 😅) would be present, they didn't just "adapt" something. They created a truly vegan menu, delicious, carefully crafted, and thoughtful, making me feel not only welcomed, but truly cared for. Even the owner, who is also a chef, told me he personally searched for an ancient Tuscan recipe to prepare a special dish for me. A gesture that speaks volumes about the passion, the love for this job, and the attention to guests. In a time when those with special dietary needs often feel like a "problem," here I felt exactly the opposite: welcome. And that's something you won't forget. My compliments, truly. 25/04/2026: Dinner with friends... There were eight of us, but since it was a Monday night, I wasn't expecting it to be full! However, the service and wait times were impeccable!!! The appetizers were good and plentiful, then we opted for two 2kg steaks, two different types of fish, but both sublime! The wine was served in the house "Fiaschetto" (flask), but it was truly excellent!!! The girl from Verona who served us was truly friendly and nice. A fair price, in my opinion, and more. Would I go back? Definitely YES!

The ingredients were fresh, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. If you’re in Tuscany, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
