20/03/2026: Good very good, but not much service , waited a lot. Tatar amazing and ravioli

16/03/2026: I'm wondering where these high ratings come from. We arrived in the evening, well before closing time. We were given dried bread in a paper bag and waited quite a while for our order to be taken, and then for our dishes. We ordered pasta, and the dishes arrived cold and of very poor quality. They tasted and looked like someone had poured a powdered sauce over them. A huge disappointment; we wanted to leave as quickly as possible. This surprised us, as the reviews were really good, so I don't know if it was a matter of getting the wrong menu items or what was going on.

07/03/2026: This pub is located in the center of Pisa, just steps from Piazza dei Miracoli. We stopped in and had a great time. The craft beers were good, as were the sandwiches. We'll be back.

We were served excellently; the dining room and kitchen are perfectly coordinated, allowing you to experience the chefs' skills and their vision of cuisine. They also offer refined products, meats with different ages, and even the seafood is highly sought-after. They also served us an excellent fermented tea to pair with a dish. The wine selection is very interesting, and the service was impeccable in both timing and manner. The music playlist was also very pleasant: not the usual trite and hackneyed stuff (the usual sad, impersonal jazz that infests the dining rooms of gourmet restaurants), but a varied playlist geared not only towards the Methuselahs of the moment. Congratulations to everyone.

During our visit to Pisa, I tried bordatino, a typical local dish, and was truly thrilled: an authentic, rich, and genuine flavor, prepared with great balance and attention to quality. It was one of those dishes that lingers in your memory and is worth the visit in itself. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, never cold. A restaurant that perfectly combines elegance and tradition, perfect for those who want to discover authentic Tuscan cuisine in a more sophisticated setting. Highly recommended.

17/03/2026: Lots of options between sandwiches and plant-based protein sources, as a non-vegan I really appreciated it, so I really recommend everyone to try it. The staff is super kind and welcoming and it is located between Via Santa Maria and Piazza Dante, so it is perfect for lunch breaks for students and university staff. We collectively try to support these companies that offer alternatives to meat.

17/03/2026: A wonderful experience. We came to Paccì with a friend from Pisa. The owner, Alberto, is super friendly and, for us Bergamo locals, like family. Superb food. I highly recommend the grilled duck.

14/03/2026: Possibly the best place to eat in Pisa! You should always check reviews when you go to a new city, right? Well, in this case, it was a total success. And it's only a 4-minute walk from the Duomo. It's a very small but very cozy place. And you'll eat the best pasta in Pisa there. The best carbonara of my life. We will definitely be back.
