07/09/2025: The best Pappardelle Al Cinghiale I have ever taste! Hats off to the chef. Super warm welcome and well explained concept of the restaurant. we started with Prosciutto e Melone. Stracotto di Chianina and Pappardelle Al Cinghiale. Tortina Fondente al Cioccolato for the dessert. I didn’t have a chance to take a picture as the dish is already finished :D . Cannot recommend enough . Beautiful menu and we enjoyed. Took a jar of ragu to bring home with us !

The cuisine is a true surprise: dishes made with the freshest ingredients, balanced pairings, and generous portions. Each course is meticulously presented and packed with authentic flavors that showcase tradition, with a touch of creativity that makes all the difference. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. It's one of those places that makes you want to return soon, because you feel pampered from start to finish. Kudos to the entire staff!

02/10/2025: One of the best place in town. The service was super nice and the manager took care of us himself with suggestions that not only didn’t disappoint, but went way over our expectations! Starters were very good, the steak was AMAZING, and the wine was just divine. I warmly suggest this restaurant, for both tourists and locals, really. I love it!

18/09/2025: Lunch with colleagues on Thursday, September 18th, pappardella with wild boar. A must-try. Excellent!

15/10/2025: A place for those who aren't looking for luxury; the tablecloths and napkins are paper, and the glasses aren't crystal. The staff is kind and efficient. The owner is very nice. The menu isn't very long and includes both fish and meat. All Tuscan dishes are well-cooked. The portions are embarrassing for those who aren't serious eaters. I recommend splitting the portions if possible. One detail I really appreciate: you can talk without shouting because it's not noisy. The bill? A pleasant surprise; it's hard to find something cheaper. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, in my opinion.

09/10/2025: Above all, it's always at the Coop, more than always top notch! Anyway, the food isn't bad! The only downside is not ending up in jail! It all depends on the owner, unfortunately!! 😉

05/09/2025: Nice outdoor area, great service (they have a sommelier). I had a grilled dish... poor but good. Overall, not bad, I wouldn't go back. P.S.: €2.50 coffee at the counter is not good. Just as it's not good, for someone in this profession, to be arrogant with a customer who rates you and does so in a benevolent way.

10/10/2025: Pisa is, of course, the best waffle ice cream shop in Italy!! 🥰🥰 My friend got her Italian father here ♡ The gelato and waffles are as delicious as the beautiful owners! The memories we made here will forever be etched in my friend's and mine💖

14/09/2025: Delicious food and great service! Didn’t get pictures, but we ordered the Bruschette and insulate Caprera con buffalo campana for appetizers. The pici senesi al Ragu’, papardelle al cinghiale and the steak florentina for mains! The Florentina came on a sizzling skillet, was absolutely delicious!! The pastas were unreal. Highly recommend!

17/09/2025: Always love a vegan place but this wasnt really worth the money - 8,5eur for a very average sandwich and practically no place to sit.

02/09/2025: I was so excited to finally find good vegan food on my class trip. Service was phenomenal, super friendly, helpful and patient. So sad I’m only here one day, otherwise I would have come many times!! So delicious and lots of options 🫶🏻
