31/03/2025: We found ourselves in this restaurant by chance but we had a very good time, both for the welcome of the staff who were always very helpful and attentive, and for the food. Our favorite dish was: paccheri with pistachio and prawns. A real treat!

09/03/2025: Disappointing. The waitress, even before leaving me the menu, tells me that among the dishes of the day there are lobster tagliolini, I ordered them with a glass of wine. I spent 50 euros for a first course and a glass of wine. The lobster is fine but perhaps a little excessive.

21/09/2024: The only "doubt" we had before leaving was "but will the sea be far away? Will it be practical to arrive?” Well.. we could have NEVER left our wonderful Maremma farm because the green bubble, newly created and cared for, made us spend two weeks as if we were in another dimension. (the sea is 5 minutes away, free parking, wonderful beach for dogs). For our Nebula (1 and a half year old mixed breed) PARADISE. For his mothers THE SAME. Apartment with everything, garden that couldn't even be explained in words. SUUUUPER staff, breakfast and dinner like queens. The friendliness, presence and kindness of the owners and all the staff are truly GREAT RARITY today. I tried to look for a "defect".. ZERO! We will DEFINITELY be back. We take this opportunity to thank you again. How nice to feel loved. How sad.

The girls at Fatt'ammano have "repeated" the very pleasant impression they had a few years ago, with a choice of quality and a menu that could perhaps disorient those who are looking for traditional Amiata dishes, but which do not betray, but rather exceed the expectations of those who, like us, he comes from Amiata, he knows its flavors and, in his own cooking, he tries to "pass them on" to friends and guests. Reservations are absolutely recommended, especially in the autumn and winter periods, the venue, although welcoming, is not very large and, all things considered, in the end this becomes an advantage in terms of acoustic comfort: even in a full room you can easily converse in a low voice . BRAVE!

10/11/2024: Le ragazze del Fatt'ammano hanno "bissato" la piacevolissima impressione avuta qualche anno fa, una scelta di qualità ed un menù che forse potrebbe disorientare chi va in caccia dei piatti tradizionali amiatini, ma che non tradisce, anzi supera le aspettative di chi, come noi, dall'Amiata viene, ne conosce i sapori e, nella propria cucina, cerca di "trasmetterli" ad amici e ospiti. Assolutamente consigliata la prenotazione soprattutto nel periodo autunnale ed invernale, il locale, per quanto accogliente, non è grandissimo e, tutto sommato, alla fine questo diventa un vantaggio in termini di comfort acustico: anche a sala piena si riesce a conversare agevolmente a bassa voce. BRAVE !

26/11/2023: Finom pizzákat és calzone-t ettünk és a csapolt sör is rendben volt! Körtés pizza mézzel nagyon ízlett különleges volt.

14/11/2023: Fermati per caso, in orario serale verso il tardi e, ci ha salvato la cena. Personale gentile e disponibile, ambiente tranquillo e carino. Buona pizza con forno a legna e una grandissima varietà di condimenti particolari e sfiziosi, così come lo sono anche gli antipasti. Torneremo sicuramente.
