16/08/2024: This place has a crazy view of Bagniaia beach, it's a shame they didn't have a place outside because at sunset the atmosphere is truly magical. The service seemed a little disorganized to me (it took half an hour before I could order, even just the drink, but maybe I just happened to be on the wrong night), the pizza was good even if very thin (I prefer it thicker but are tastes) a little less fried fish. The boy who was at the cash register and also the waiter who served us are very nice and kind

I went back after 3 years always at top .. fast service overeating!! They accept paper and make an invoice!!

26/07/2024: Abbiamo preso un pesce in 8 ma quando è arrivato il conto ci hanno fatto pagare di più rispetto al prezzo indicato sul menu’ con la motivazione che avevano usato un pesce per 12 persone. Fate perciò attenzione perché il conto potrebbe essere ben più salato rispetto a quanto indicato.😳😳😳

24/07/2024: Siamo arrivati per caso una domenica sera. Aveva alcuni tavoli liberi sotto i gazebo ed ombrelloni all’aperto, chiediamo se possiamo cenare e ci rispondono di attendere che apparecchino il tavolo. Il tavolo è pronto, ma il cameriere si attarda a conversare con alcuni commensali. Attendiamo. Nel frattempo arriva un’altra coppia, chiede posto ad un altro cameriere che li fa subito accomodare nel tavolo a noi destinato. Quando il suo collega si accorge, inizia a preparare un altro tavolo. È passato un quarto d’ora e siamo ancora in piedi. Inizia a piovere. Arriva un’altra copia, amici del gestore che chiedono un tavolino in qualsiasi angolo, anche all’interno. Il gestore è in difficoltà perché ha esaurito i posti e la pioggia non agevola. Inizia quindi a scoraggiarci, invitandoci garbatamente a desistere perché mangiare all’aperto in una serata uggiosa non è piacevole. Nel frattempo, la coppia che si è accomodata al tavolo originariamente a noi assegnato sta consumando tranquilla la propria cena. Ormai è passata mezz’ora da quando siamo arrivati al ristorante, anche il secondo tavolo è apparecchiato da un pezzo ma nessuno ci indica di accomodarci (sic!). Capita l’antifona, dichiariamo al gestore che lasciamo volentieri il tavolo ai suoi amici e ce ne andiamo al ristorante in fianco. Magari sarà il miglior locale della zona, ma noi non abbiamo potuto sperimentare la sua cucina. Sicuramente manca una cultura dell’accoglienza che per quanto ci riguarda è l’abc del buon ristoratore. Sconsigliato

09/08/2024: The place has an excessive number of places for organization in the kitchen. The prices are not cheap at all. On the other hand, the quality of the dishes is adequate. A year later I returned and I can say that the service seemed better organised. For the rest I confirm what is written above. Average prices, good quality of dishes.

04/08/2024: La passione si percepisce con i sensi… partendo dal… - visivo, nella splendida cornice di Santa Fiora, fra le mani un Menu ricercatissimo da leggere nei suoi dettagli unici e originali; - uditivo, i suoni soffusi di una incantevole piazzetta e della sua storia, pensate era una casa, provate a chiedere; - tattile, quando la cameriera o il cameriere ci passa il piatto con ogni tipo di pasta fatta in casa da loro, a mano, come una volta; - olfattivo, il bouquet di ogni vino proveniente da piccoli produttori toscani e italiani che la passione ha fatto scoprire; - gustativo, come i sapori di ogni stagione che ispirano idee che prendono forma in esperienze sensoriali… …tanto che un semplice buon appetito potrebbe non essere abbastanza, forse è meglio augurare a chi si siederà dopo di me al tavolo, buona esperienza!

02/09/2024: One of the best meals we've had in Italy. The egg dish was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got a nice table outside. Would absolutely recommend!
