12/10/2024: I wanted to share my experience with this accommodation. What you need to know: there is no air conditioning in the room and in the summer the temperature in the room reaches 31 ° C, when you cannot sleep. There is no mini-fridge in the room, you do not have the possibility to cool your drinks. Are these rooms called SUPERIOR? But that's all. Upon our arrival, it was not possible to lock the room - the lock does not work. Who wants to sleep at night in an unfamiliar place with a child in an unsecured room. How can you sell a room that does not have the basic function of accommodation. You must always be in the room where you keep your personal belongings. You can't go on a trip because you don't lock the room. The lock was not repaired even the next day, no information whether someone will repair the lock, they say yes, but when? I don't want to write other things about gastronomy, because those of you who go to Italy know how food, salads and overall serving should taste and look. You won't find it here. We have been going to Italy for many years. We have been to many places, but we have not encountered such an attitude. We asked for some kind of agreement to return at least part of the money. They did not return anything from 1650 euro - all this cost us one night in which we could not even sleep. Read my reviews of other accommodations, I always praise and never write badly. Here I want to warn all guests! I add that I have witnesses for everything who were accommodated on the same date. Also, when communicating with the accommodation provider, he admits that the lock was not functional. We are desperate for such an action.

13/10/2024: Excellent! I ordered takeaway: Maremma tortelli with ragù and octopus with tomato sauce. Extraordinary dishes, prepared with the care of times gone by! Every time I come to the seaside I can't help but stop by this delicatessen that lets you savor the best of Maremma cuisine!

At lunch, for those who wish to stay on site, a rich buffet is guaranteed with a wide choice and at affordable prices. I have loved spending my holidays in Principina a Mare for several years, I chose the GRIFOMARE recommended to me by friends, and I cannot help but recommend it to those who want to know where to spend their holidays.

26/09/2024: Abbiamo prenotato tramite the fork, piacevole sorpresa ambiente tranquillo personale gentile conto giusto. Abbiamo preso antipasti primi e qualche secondo tutto buono e presentato in modo piacevole in chiusura lo consiglio sicuramente, ovviamente siamo stati di mercoledì quindi non posso giudicare sotto pressione la cucina come risponderebbe ma sono convinto bene. Grazie per averci fatto passare una piacevole serata. A presto

10/09/2024: Stayed in August. Not a good value for money, even considering the location in front of the beach. Breakfast was quite disappointing, the croissants were not fresh and for what you pay it seems a shame not to replenish them fresh every day. The rooms are clean overall even if they need renovation given the high prices. The air conditioning, at least in the room taken, struggled to work well. The reception staff were kind, one of the few positive notes.

29/09/2024: Very nice place for dinner, unfortunately not only were we hungry but so were the mosquitoes! The owner quickly prepared the only table in the restaurant for us and we were somewhat protected from the mosquitoes. The menu turned out to be very small, but the dishes were very good. The restaurant is highly recommended.
