16/08/2026: The evening started very well with a wonderful aperitif on the beach, a truly pleasant location, and excellent drinks. Once we reached the restaurant, the staff immediately proved to be very kind and helpful, even moving our table upon our request. As for dinner, the experience was a bit mixed. We started with a trio of tartares, absolutely nothing special: tuna tartare, perhaps the worst in recent years, and a fried fish that was decent in flavor but with a decidedly dated and poorly presented presentation for a restaurant in a 4-star superior hotel. For our first course, we chose seafood tagliatelle, which was generally adequate, and spaghetti with clams, which I personally would rate below average (the oil used was good, but unfortunately the flavor of the seafood and clams was very subtle). One unclear note about the service: we saw a welcome appetizer being served to other tables, and spoons had initially been placed for us, but were later taken away without our appetizer being served. Probably a simple mix-up. Overall, the wait staff was really polite, attentive, and professional, and the location was beautiful. However, considering the quality of the restaurant, we expected more from the food. 3 out of 5 stars.
