26/04/2026: Guys, go ahead, because you don't know what you're missing.
I was at the B&B above and I ordered a table that, since it was packed from 7:00, was told it would be free for around 8:30, and so it was.
When we sat down (inside), we immediately saw a lot of busy people, and I believe you given the number of people at the tables, but they brought us the menus right away.
The gentleman arrived after a couple of minutes and recommended the strong eggs since he makes them himself, and we trusted him. The delicious appetizer (sliced cheeses and crostini) was excellent and all very tasty, then we moved on to the pici allaglione, delicious and not heavy, but let's also talk about the super Cinta Senese white ragu and the turnip tagliatelle with 4 pecorino cheeses, speck and chopped pistachios, the best...
Not satisfied, we ordered two ossobuco and a peposo, but they were sold out, and since we had half a portion left, they brought them to us on a plate to try anyway with the mashed potatoes, and you can imagine how good they were.
Natural water and house wine, which washed down very well and you can taste it afterwards, as well as the homemade desserts, all excellent.
Last but not least, in addition to the prices that no longer exist anywhere else, can you compare the friendliness and simplicity of the people who make you feel like you've known them all your life and make you say, "I don't want to get up and leave, I want to stay"?
