Besides making many delicious focaccias, I'm delighted to be their customer because of their polite service, which you'll find over the phone and at the counter. The incredibly kind people make you want to order again and again. All their pizzas are delicious!

Trattoria Il Nibbio

02/11/2025: A lovely trattoria to eat at. The food was really good: delicious pappardelle, fantastic wild boar ragout, delicious crostini, mind-blowing pappa al pomodoro, very good appetizers. The beans tasted like they came from a can (a shame) but were delicious. The chicory was flavorful, and the Vin Santo was extremely alcoholic. I don't know, it just didn't convince me. I wasn't crazy about the cantucci either, but that's a matter of personal preference. The coffee, bread, water, and excellent olive oil were delicious. I found the bread refill during service really pleasant.
