08/01/2025: Location elegante e raffinata, finemente curata nei dettagli. Nei piatti abbiamo trovato eccellente qualità della materia prima, sapientemente trattata, rispettando i sapori della tradizione che il menù propone. Servizio attento e professionale. Carta dei vini molto ampia con un importante scelta di annata. Sicuramente ritorneremo se faremo nuovamente tappa a Pitigliano.

05/01/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home, "la Rosa Blu" meets your needs. The Lady in the kitchen and the Husband in the dining room create the right combination of flavor and conviviality. Everything is excellent, but top marks go to simplicity: the bruschetta with oil they produce reflects exactly what was said above.

30/03/2025: Unfortunately tonight the home delivery was a disaster...cold and inedible pizza, basil where it shouldn't have been and you have to be careful because those like me who are allergic are risking the meal...there are delays every time I order even for 30 minutes...but tonight it doesn't work It's a shame because the pizza would be excellent, perhaps it would be better to eat it in the restaurant, delivery is a no-go

12/02/2025: After touring all over Sorano looking for a restaurant we came across this place. Welcoming environment, kind and attentive staff, excellent quality food with the right portions, all completed by a more than good price. We will definitely be back

10/04/2025: Excellent restaurant. Quality food, very welcoming and convenient location for those passing through and super friendly and helpful staff. There were two of us and we had a first course, a second course and a side dish each, and it was all exceptional. We will happily return.

30/03/2025: The first time I came to eat, I found the service well above my expectations. The waiter is very kind and follows the table in a very professional manner, in line with the prices of the area. I recommend it to everyone if you want to eat excellent pizza.

16/02/2025: Esperienza terribile, in 6 seduti in un tavolo per 4 persone su degli sgabelli, prezzi alti, il cibo era relativamente buono, ma pagare 4 euro 4 nuggets di pollo, 1,50 per dell'acqua e 1,50 per del coperto quando non c'erano manco le posate è allucinante. pagare 20 euro per acqua panino e nuggets è troppo. servizio orribile, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti per essere serviti e altrettanti per poter pagare. al momento del pagamento, abbiamo avuto notevoli disagi perché non è stato possibile fare conti separati. unica nota positiva è la trasmissione della partita Juventus-Inter, unico motivo per cui siamo venuti in questo ristorante. non era manco bono a conta i soldi. a suo dire c'era casino ma c'erano letteralmente 10 persone. abbiamo fatto confusione per i resti. il posto dentro sembrava uscito dagli anni del dopoguerra. cibo buono ma costoso, estremamente costoso. non andateci, spero fallisca

04/04/2025: Top courtesy and excellent food for those who love fish above all. My wife loves it and was very happy with both the first and second. I, on the other hand, prefer the land-based menus but the owner, although taken aback, managed to please me. Well done!

08/01/2025: Si mangia davvero molto bene. Rosita offre una buona scelta di piatti di terra e di mare e li prepara come l'avrebbe fatta la nonna, con molta attenzione, passione e con sapori squisiti. Uno si sente come a casa ed i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli. L'ubicazione e in una zona industriale ma uno se lo dimentica davanti alla qualità dei cibi

22/10/2024: Place located in the historic center of Orbetello, very welcoming staff and excellent prices. During the summer there is often live music on weekends, furthermore the cocktails are very good and you can find a nice selection of beers and spirits. Aperitifs are always accompanied by a platter of appetizers in addition to the classic chips, peanuts, olives, etc. You can't come to Orbetello and not have an aperitif at the Jade Square Cafe... try it and you won't regret it!!!

27/01/2025: Small, beautiful and intimate place. At the entrance you can see the pizzeria with the very kind pizza chef and the room which immediately makes you feel at home. The food has a quality that I haven't felt in a long time. Both the risotto and the pizza were delicious (the dough was very light), the dessert was fabulous. Well done guys!!! Ps. 5 stars are too few.
