The staff was friendly, though perhaps a little disorganized. Overall, the service wasn't excessively long and was quite attentive. One major flaw was the lack of cooling (neither air conditioning, nor fans, nor ceiling fans. The few that were available were turned off). It was a particularly hot day, so we struggled a lot. The pizza was good but not exceptional; in my opinion, it lacked a bit of flavor and salt.

The restaurant has a beautiful and charming interior, and every dish tasted homemade and prepared with love and care. No unnecessary pretension—just honest, authentic Tuscan food at its very best. Our children said it was the best pizza they have ever had! We were also recommended a unique dish of the day that we had never seen on any other menu before, and it was absolutely delicious. Every guest was treated with kindness, attention, and genuine hospitality. It was lovely to see how warmly and personally they welcomed everyone. The value for money is simply outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine, a cozy atmosphere, delicious homemade food, and people who truly care about every guest. Very welcoming place with a green garden

Somewhat off the beaten track and not signposted, you'll find a charming little restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices. The service is very friendly and they offer tips about the surrounding area. The pizza is crispy and tasty. The smoked tuna carpaccio is fantastic. I'd gladly come back!

We ate at La Colonia three times during our holiday. The service was very friendly, especially Giani, a very nice man. The owner of La Colonia is also very, very nice and friendly. He comes to the tables and chats with the guests. The food is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable, too. We'll definitely be back on our next holiday.
